Fraudulent company
Horrific - booked a taxi in edinburgh so that was fine - as taxi turned up and paid the taxi driver. However a few days later my bank called me to say that a website helpprio was trying to take out £49 from my account and they had put a hold on that. Turns out this tax reza company is a front for this helpprio company and had signed me up to some kind of service for £50 per month. A complete scam. Luckily my bank had put a stop to this payment.

Charged a subscription fee when I didn’t sign up
I booked a taxi in Italy and waited 40 minutes, then called Reza to ask if a taxi was coming and they said no, they couldn’t get anyone out to me. They then charged me £45 for a subscription, but no where on the booking does it state you’re signing up for a subscription. I got my money back, but it was still a hassle.

Beware: Useless company
I don't know if they are a scam company or just incompetent. They use the provider "Utilogo" to sign up customers to a subscription service (which starts on a 3 day trial then deceptively rolls onto a EUR49.50/mth subscription) which supposedly offers 7h support per month. However, the support is utterly useless!
I booked a taxi for an airport transfer with Taxi Reza 2 days in advance and got an email saying the booking was being processed and would receive a confirmation in 15 minutes (which never arrived).
After still receiving no confirmation the following day (and having a flight the next morning), I called them up to get a status update. The customer service agent was useless and could not give me any information, only saying that taxis were in high demand and I should receive an update later that day.
I insisted I would not leave the call until it was confirmed, as I didn't want to be stuck with no transfer the next morning. They said they would "add notes to my booking". After pushing some more, they then encouraged to cancel my booking!
I then asked for it to be escalated to management, given their "concierge service" they profess to offer was clearly useless as they couldn't even deliver the basic service of booking my taxi. The manager then assured me I would receive an update within 30 minutes, which also never happened. After this, I was swiftly able to book a taxi through another provider with no issues. I then asked Utilogo to cancel my (non-existent) booking and any "subscription" they had signed me up for.
I don't know how they can sign up people for their service which doesn't even do the job it is meant to do.
