Unprofessional and scammers.
Booked a cab and paid in advance and the taxi never showed up. I didn’t receive any call to alert me if there had been some issues and almost lost my flight.
Now it’s been days since I tried to contact them through emails and calls to get a refund but, of course, no reaction nor answer.
Incompetent people.
Booking was canceled without notice after i had been waiting for half an hour. Customer service won’t answer the phone. Avoid these people.
Terrible company and even worse customer service! You can't even call this customer service. I booked taxi yesterday evening, paid for it and got confirmation email and message on my phone. In the morning I was waiting for my taxi and it did not come! No excuse, no call, no message. It got me in very tricky situation cause I almost did not get on airport in time because of this. I tried to call them, but it was 5am and they are on their line from 6am. Well.. they say they are. Also I send them email via their site and nobody replied. I tried to call them couple times during the day with no success, finally in the evening women pick up the phone. She did not even say hello, she was extremely unhelpfull, rude, never said sorry for what happens and just kept repeating that they sent me cancelation message so they are from obligation. I did not get any message from them since the confirmation one nor any email. Her attitude was super rude and I can't even believe that she keeps her job treating customers this way. Customers who paid for something they did not get and almost get into more troubles because of it. I will never use this company again and I don't recommend it to anybody who really needs the taxi to come, cause here you're playing russian roulette. Should have check other reviews before. I can only hope I'll be refunded and I wont let my money to this scammers.
Taxi never showed up, with no notification that it won't be coming or any kind of explanation of why it didn't come. It took me around 3 weeks to get my money back (and quite a lot of phone calls). Not reliable at all.
