Taxi Riviera Maya web page

This is the website I found with Google search to get a transportation at Cancun airport to hotel. Actual company name came out as Caribbean transfers. We waited 1hr and 20 minutes at the airport with their representative Anna. They promised a vehicle at our arrival time but after 1hr 20 minutes they didn't have it. We had to get an other taxi and paid more . When I asked for reimbursement, they try to say we are no show. Actually they forgot they make a What's app message conversation with me. This company plain simple is bogus. Please don't be a victim like me and my family, save your money and more important time in the vacation. I also wrote a review for Caribbean transfers company too. More explanation is there.
