Bokade taxi online och fick ingen alls trots bekräftelse på att bokningen fanns.

Bokade en taxiresa online åt min far(i hans namn) som skulle åka hem från Terminal 5. Skulle få ett bekräftelsemail. Kom inget. Kontaktade dem via deras whatsapp då det via telefon inte gick fram signaler.
Fick bekräftat att bokning fanns, var bara fel i deras system och även infon att man betalade i bilen. Min far stod och väntade i drygt en timme efter bokad tid utan att en enda taxi till honom kom! Pinsamt dålig service! Svarar inte nu heller när man skriver till dem! ANVÄND INTE!!! Detta är Taxi Järfälla AB:s ena bokningssida.

Deras enda kommunikationsvägar är mail el whatsapp(ingen svarar på telefonnumret)
