This 3 day course far exceeded my expectations and provided an immense amount of value. I have never been so engaged during an event like this and have about 20 pages of notes to show for it! I was so impressed by the team, the amount of info, and their patience helping each and every one of us on the level that they did. I woke up Monday morning feeling so motivated to now start applying everything we learned.

I've called the Tax Lien Code customer service a few times in the past week because of needing info about my upcoming workshop and such.
Each time, the individuals have been warm and helpful, pleasantly sharing the info I needed and were professionals in their demeanor.

Zoom meeting with Noelia R. a few days after initial 3 day tax lien workshop was very helpful. The company follows through on support.

Craig Mitchell coached me for four weeks, focusing on tax deeds for vacant land in Florida. He is knowledgeable and pleasant, but also focused on winning. He is just the kind of mentor you need to step out of your comfort zone. He focused on the principles of tax deed investing, which helped me feel capable of learning from day one. Craig started with the end in mind: ensuring I had the knowledge and skills to bid independently. He systematically demonstrated the bidding process, including selecting the county, evaluating each property, calculating the maximum allowable offer (MAO), and explaining the rationale behind it. He assigned me tasks, and we evaluated the outcomes as teaching moments. When I didn’t win, we discussed each bid, the final price it sold for, and possible reasons for higher offers above the MAO. He reminded me to always look at the numbers and never let emotions take over. These lessons were both effective and had a clear expected outcome. I am glad to have Craig as part of my TLC support team. I would wholeheartedly recommend Craig as a coach.
