I am really excited to be involved in this program. Although I was hesitant at the beginning, it is worth it. I am learning a lot about great strategies and resources available to help me achieve my goals. I participated in an immersion class over the weekend and that was great, it help me solidify the things I have been learning through live webinars and provided education materials. This made tremendous impact helping me understand better what I am getting into as well as putting me at ease with decision of investment. Steve Willey as been great at keeping me in my toes so I don't stray away from my responsibilities. It takes effort to succeed and I am glad to have someone pushing me to be accountable.

At the beginning of this program I was skeptical as most probably were considering the money spent to begin this learning process. For several weeks I been on every coaching session on zoom preparing for my flyout.. Having a very well understanding of the system in place made my flyout with Freddy Diaz less stressful. He guided me and gave me the confidence and over come my fear factor and make offers. We went over every nugget in preparation prior to making that offer. My goal is to make my initial investment back ASAP, on day three of my flyout I do not think that will be a problem. I move forward with confidence and a clear vision thanks to the entire coaching staff at Tax Lien Wealth Accelerated Mastery Program.

The training is helping me to get a better understanding in doing a proper due diligence

I attended the Immersion event in May 2026, and I found it to be extremely valuable. The instructor, Brennen Conlee, was very knowledgeable and presented a wide range of topics in a clear and engaging manner.

He covered tax liens, tax deeds, fix-and-flip strategies, wholesaling, and many other real estate subjects. Throughout the class, he encouraged us to actively participate by researching these topics, sharing our opinions and recommendations, and discussing our findings. He then provided his own insights and perspective on each subject, which added tremendous value to the learning experience.

The class was highly interactive and served as an excellent review of the material we had studied previously. Brennen also shared practical tips and techniques that made our research process easier and more efficient.

I thoroughly enjoyed participating in the event and learned a great deal. I would highly recommend this Immersion event to anyone interested in expanding their knowledge of real estate investing.

This weekend's Immersion conference was excellent. My host Brennen was concise and considerate. He catered to all our needs. And gave us a great detail on the tools we use. The mindset needed to succeed as well.

I attended the Immersion on May 16 - 17, 2026 with Coach Eric Lloyd. This class was so effective because the subjects interesting at alltimes with facts, stories, history, secret keys to investors, examples of successes and failures. If an investor learns by seeing, hearing or stories Coach Eric covered it all. He provided ample time for questions and one to one instruction. Coach Eric was very patient and respectful to all investors. His transparency was just awesome. Coach Eric opened up a lot of possibilities and fresh ideas. I'm grateful to have learned from Coach Eric's mastery in this class.

I had a one on one experience with my coach for six sessions of 1 hour 30 minutes each. My coach was punctual, very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I would recommend Angelo Pippis any day, anytime as a one on one coach for any potential student with Tax Lien Wealth Builders.
I however feel that the 6 sessions are not enough for my package. I expected more coaching sessions especially after I practically go into market to search for properties and participate in sales/auctions because that's when I face real challenges, come up with more questions, and need more practical assistance.

I learned so much about the importance of the due diligence part in the immersion class. As well as networking and meeting with new ones.

Mark’s flyout coaching is structured, motivating, and incredibly effective — he explains every step with clarity and purpose. Eduardo brings that same level of excellence to his training sessions with his patience, knowledge, and hands on guidance. Together, they create an environment where you learn fast, build confidence, and feel fully supported. Highly recommended.

This experience has been amazing for myself and my family ! Everyone is absolutely helpful and have made this process extremely smooth. I came in to help my parents initially but wound up gaining immense knowledge about Home Flips , Rehab costs, breakdowns , architectural and 3 tab roofs, Economical and Functional obsolescence and so much more. Freddy is a natural ! Extremely confident to find property , make calls to realtors and so much more. Jesus and Vivienne are the GLUE and definitely helped with any question. Vivienne is amazing as well. Helped my parents set up their LLC's and accounts. We will be recommending this experience to ANYONE who is interested in Building Wealth or just even for clarity when it comes to Finances. Everyone's very resourceful and and ready to help. Myself and my partner Po have been with Tax Lien Wealth Builders since July 2025 and have learned an incredible amount about tax lien/deed investing since then through various coaching sessions and immersion events. Since November 2025, our involvement grew with their Accelerated Mastery course, and we've learned so much about real estate over the past few months under the coaching of Dan Dyer and Daniel Ray. Their instruction has been phenomenal, and I highly recommend anyone that wants to dive into real estate investing to give this program a look. I don't feel like I'm blindly going about investing in properties anymore, and the amount of guesswork I do has greatly decreased since meeting with Dan and Daniel in-person and over Zoom. There is a high upfront fee to enter this program, no doubt about that, but I'm glad to have took the plunge now instead of making costly mistakes afterwards (which I've seen others do in my personal experience). If I have questions about anything, especially numbers, it's nice to have the ability to check in with the coaching team and run numbers with them, instead of relying on a few Google searches, AI, and prayers. Glad to continue working with these folks, and I hope others that are capable of joining do so and see what they have to offer.

Coach Tad is a truly fabulous coach. With years of experience in real estate, he brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to every session. I especially enjoyed his old-school lessons—they’re practical, timeless, and immediately applicable.

Tad has a remarkable ability to listen and guide without imposing, helping me navigate a few potential endeavors I brought to our sessions. While those specific opportunities didn’t materialize, his guidance allowed them to unfold in ways that ultimately helped me move forward with clarity.

His coaching style is gentle yet firm, helping me focus and narrow my searches and pursuits. One of the most valuable lessons he’s taught me is not to overanalyze or talk things to death, but to take deliberate action.

I would love the opportunity to continue working with Tad and see one or more transactions come to fruition under his guidance. He’s a mentor I truly trust and respect.

Bill Smith was our coach. He helped us out with our 4 Plex and the two houses we bought. His knowledge was invaluable.

The instructor have was mr. Tad wasvery good helping me understand the beginning nuances of real estate and property searching for the beginning my educational vjourney. I felt that he listened to my concerns, but in the allowed amount of time we didn’t fully explore everything that was necessary for me to achieve the goal of getting at least one property under contract. This was a bit discouraging, but I believe because of time constraints it kept me from achieving my goal.

I attended a live 2-day immersion on tax liens, tax deeds, and real estate investing, and it was an eye-opening experience. The training was well organized, beginner-friendly, and packed with practical strategies that could be applied immediately. The instructors broke down complex concepts like tax lien certificates, deed auctions, due diligence, redemption periods, and property research into simple, actionable steps.

Brennen Conlee was extremely helpful. The bootcamp I attended with him was hands on, organized and provided plenty of tips on making my auction purchases more logical. I highly recommend him as a coach.

I just attended the best instructional bootcamp session to date. Brennen Conlee was the instructor and he was amazing! Brennen made sure everyone was keeping up and that we understood the process. He checked in with us frequently and answered even my novice questions. Brennen also walked us through the process, step by step, a couple of times to solidify our learning. I appreciate the repetition because that's how I learn. In my book, Brennen is the absolute best instructor!
