The training is superb/top-notch; the speakers are amazing and very knowledgeable. My concierge, Tana King, has been so responsive and helpful; she answers all of my questions and makes me feel so comfortable with the process. I thoroughly enjoyed the Tax Lien Mastery and Tax Deed Mastery courses that were facilitated by Megan (sorry I can't remember her last name - I think it is Shaw). The Immersion class allowed me to hit the ground running. I was fearful at first to go through the process of putting a bid in, but Eric Lloyd has been a wonderful resource - his knowledge and teaching has made me more comfortable with tax deeds. I am reviewing his recordings for Fix and Flips and I'm equally as excited to explore some deals and do my first flip in the next few months. I forgot to mention, my coach, Skyler Tolman - he is a wealth of information and had some awesome experiences to share; I'm looking forward to working with him in the future. This course is so worth the investment.

I recently attended an immersion event focused on tax deeds, tax liens, and other real estate investing strategies, and I can honestly say it was a game changer for me. Before this weekend, I felt overwhelmed by the amount of information I had taken in during a prior three-day seminar. It was a lot to process, and I wasn’t sure how to confidently move forward. Working with coach Brennen completely shifted that for me. He has the ability to break down complex concepts into simple, easy to understand steps. By the end of the event, everything finally clicked. I went from feeling uncertain to feeling confident and ready to take action on my first deal. At the Immersion he took his time to show us the Strategy,Value,Availability and exit plans. We talked over the Tax Default Calendar and alot of other great things. The experience was great for me I not really great on the P.C.But he took his time with all of us to learn. The company is doing a great job with us some of is not as advanced as other But all the people and Steve he helps me every week and stay on me to do our homework. He does a great job helping me.

At the immersion session I learned about due diligent, and we also signed up for Washington county Tax Lien and Tax sale. MR. Derek was very patient with us.

TLWB provides a clear roadmap to success no doubt, but what I appreciate more is how explicit the coaches and concierges like Tana King are in telling their students that success will only come from taking action - not thinking or talking about taking action but doing the thing itself. The immersion was a personal favorite of mine with Eric Lloyd being a fantastic instructor.

The immersion helped me understand the concept of bidding a lot better. I would recommend to anyone who isn’t familiar with the system. They have great strategy & they are very detailed. I rate 10/10

I attended the Immersion this weekend. It was such an informative session. I learned how to purchase a tax lien/tax deed in multiple states. I also learned more about hard money lending. I feel more confident in moving forward with my real estate investments journey! Coach Eric Lloyd is a great trainer. He really engaged the class. I loved following his thought process when he began the research on potential investment opportunities! Steve, my Concierge, is also a great supporter of my journey and keeps me focused on my training schedule.

All of the instructors were very good at explaining how to conduct due diligence procedures for the perfect property. I honestly believe I can look with confidence. I'm so excited to find my first property.
