Be careful, I was scammed out of $2375.00 and still have my original tax liability, the only thing i got for my money was an extended period to pay it off and I could have done this myself. This goes against Tax Rise 100% money back guarantee, when I call I get left on hold for an hour and hang up, when I do get an agent they pass me around like a hot potato, way to go Tax Rise!!!

The Company - Taxrise, has been very informative in explaining my current situation with the IRS.I spoke to multiple employees of Taxrise. Each employee helped me further understand my current situation with the IRS.

I cancelled this service the day after signing and am STILL fighting to get my 375 fee back. Dont use these people!

The service was good great commutation was good heard from moth to month on my progress. I paid them almost 15000.00 to get started. I just received that they had reached a settlement with the IRS well I started out owning the IRS 12000.00 Now with penalties and interest I owe close to 72000.00. And Tax Rise Made a agreement for me to pay 1360.00 a month. Now Here I am 67 years old Marine Veteran living on a fixed income struggling. To get by I should have gave that 15000.00 to the government instead But I thought they would have fought better . Total failure.

The professionalism and kindness by Mr Park Allenbach was and will be forever appreciated. He understood my situation and made me feel comfortable. I owed 12k and saw no way I could pay any of it back do to my circumstances. Park calmed me down and let me know it was going to be ok. And it is. Thank you again Park for being my hero!!!

My experience with the gentleman in accounting was great
He was very helpful, compassionate and understanding

The association was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly.

I'm just starting out with TaxRise, but they've been beyond great in letting me know how things will work. (Over a couple of weeks, I've been walked through this several times.) They make sure I know that if I have any questions whatsoever, I can call or email, with multiple numbers and/or addresses for each. They've also made sure I know what I need to do next to help them, especially document needs. I feel the personal attention and reassurance, and it's both professional and sincere. So far, I feel very good about having chosen them.

I had a great experience with tax rise because I had forgotten that I changed my debit card and forgot to let them know. a representative was kind enough to reach out to me and remind me of a missed payment and added my new debit card without any issues. they were very respectful and kind and I really appreciate that.

I felt like I was misinformed and misguided. They definitely were friendly and polite but I was looking forward to having my tax debt lessened a bit but my debt has risen so now I gotta pay irs monthly and tax rise. My tax debt stayed the same. Very disappointed I thought they would fight for me more.

He was very supportive and attentive and said he will reach back out to me no later than a certain time and I liked that. He wanted to make sure he would have all of my questions answered correctly so I’m waiting on a call back.

I really hope that my IRS situation turns out as well as my conversations went today. And I’m hoping that what they’re telling me they can do, they can actually do. Regardless, I’ve been putting this call off for several days because it brought so much stress. And then I started talking and ranting about the IRS and he just sat and listened and had empathy and compassion for my situation. Then I talked to the billing department who did exactly the same thing. I left the conversations feeling like they understood my situation. They felt bad for my situation, but more than that they were willing to help mefigure out a solution for my situation. I guess that’s probably the most important part. They didn’t have to be as nice as they were but they were very nice and thoughtful and I appreciated it today.

Taxrise is a great name for this company because that is what will happen. The amount you owe will rise. I wasted so much time on this, and in the end, I owe more, plus I had to pay these thieves. I am not sure who the bigger thieves are, the IRS or Taxrise. I went from owing about 15K to over 24K with their "Settlement," and they claim they got a deal for me. Don't waste your time or your money with this company!
