The Dronfield-based conveyancing team were excellent in terms of communication, with clear explanations and prompt replies to any questions. Our leasehold apartment sale with potential building safety issues was handled by Taylor Emmet. Our conveyancer, Jessica, was always prompt in answering questions and did what she promised on every occasion. We had the usual scenario of a very unresponsive and difficult to deal with property management company (Firstport) but Jessica was tenacious in getting the information and documents required from them. I would definitely recommend Taylor Emmet and would certainly used them again for a property transaction.
