Aside from the beautiful selection of lighting and decor, the service received has been exceptional. 11 years after our first purchase we continue to go to Taylor’d as our first port of call. A small hook on a light cover broke and the team had no hesitation in taking the cover and offering to find an inventive solution to repair it - which they did. Our most recent purchase outfoxed us with its remote setup after it had been fitted. John offered to trouble shoot and within a few minutes of his visit it was working - definitely service that goes above and beyond!

I recently purchased four 4.7m LED strip lights from this company, spending just over £700. Unfortunately, a small section of one of the tapes was faulty straight out of the box. When I contacted the guy that sold it to me to resolve what should have been a straightforward issue, I received a dismissive and unhelpful response, essentially stating it was “not their problem.”
Given the amount spent, I expected a higher level of professionalism and after-sales support. The customer service experience was diabolical. A company in the lighting industry should stand behind its products—especially when a fault is reported immediately.
Based on this experience, I will never order from them again.

I needed help with a bespoke LED lighting solution for my media unit. Taylor Lighting Ltd were amazing and I could not recommend them highly enough. Fabulous 5 star service.

I ordered 2 LED strips for my bathroom, a spotless IP-rated tiled-in and a spotless RBG to install under the vanity. Everyone I dealt with at Taylor Lighting where very prompt and helpful and specified products to my needs. One of the lights developed an issue and a replacement was sent almost immediately.

I dont leave reviews often, which is ironic as I found Taylor Lighting from their 5* Trustpilot reviews, but I have to say I really love this company. Great people to work with.

I reached out to them about a home cinema project and a lounge area in my kitchen. Everything had to be custom, bespoke and being the homeowner (not the builder/electrician) I was super unclear with the Taylor team about what I wanted and my understanding of how to achieve it.

Alex from Taylor Lighting was exceptional.
Asked the right questions, and provided amazing solutions.

For my cinema room, I wanted ambient lighting for watching movies, the brightest LED's for when we're just chilling out in the room and I wanted to not see any LED's so wanted them to be black and hidden in the black soundproof ceiling.
For my kitchen/lounge, I wanted a super discreet and bespoke black LED profile to fit between slats on my acoustic wall. I did not want to see any LED's or profiles when they were not in use and wanted them to be bright enough when in use to be useful.

Boy, Alex knocked it out of the park!

I'm extremely happy with the results and the aftercare received from the team. Highly recommended!

I stumbled across Talyor Lighting on instagram whilst looking for a new led strip lighting supplier and I am so glad I did.

From my initial messages all the way through to the large and small orders, I cannot recommend their customer service and product knowledge enough.

For me, a great product is a must, but in the case of Taylor Lighting, it is backed up by unparalelled support when it comes to product advice, costs and range of applications. All orders are delivered very quickly, package incredibly well and also, labelled up with all the information you could need.
So on large jobs, I can quickly see what strip is which location.
