Just had Taylormade out to remove my spray foam insulation following concerns over my upcoming re-mortgage. They worked incredibly hard over the three days they were here and the finished result is spotless. A stressful period made simple, thanks again.

Just had TaylorMade out to remove my spray foam. I finally bit the bullet after months of consideration after repeatedly seeing bad press and news articles. They have done a fantastic job I couldn't be more pleased. From the initial quotation to the completed works this company were totally professional and treated my home with the necessary care. Great experience thanks again.

After two full days work the team at Taylormade have removed the wretched spray foam from my loft. After speaking to numerous companies I chose Taylormade as the were by far the most knowledgeable and informative in their field. I was extremely cautious about choosing a removal company given the botched job the installers did. Needless to say I couldn’t be happier with the result. The team went above and beyond making sure to fully clear all the foam and residue and I have just received my completion certificates. I’ve never known any workers who need such little refreshments, I must have only made one lot of drinks. They simply got to work early in the morning and apart from a few toilet breaks they were up in the loft until early evening. They were polite and courteous in my home and made sure everywhere was left tidy before leaving.

I have had my house on the market for coming up to a year now and had 4 sales fall through because of the foam. I knew it was time to have it removed as I couldn’t handle the stress anymore. The work was undertaken by a team of 3 chaps and I honestly can’t believe how hard they worked. They arrived prompt at 9 am and worked through till 6pm like trojans. I couldn’t believe the amount of bags of the stuff coming through the house. After 3 full days they notified me the work was completed. I have since engaged with a new buyer and their surveyor didn’t even notice it was there. Safe to say I think my house is finally saleable! Thank you to all the team at Taylormade who made sure I was informed at every step along they way as they could probably tell I am a bit of a worrier.

After having spray foam installed about 4 years ago it came as such a shock when I found out the company that had installed it had done it completely wrong. After speaking to a friend who was in a similar position I contacted TaylorMade looking for a solution to this nightmare. Not only was I concerned about leaving it in but my remortgage date was getting ever closer and I knew from looking on forums that the foam would make this tricky. Anyway taylomade came out and did a consultation where they looked at how the foam was installed and recommended actions. I was very impressed with the level of knowledge and information their representative was able to provide which put put my mind at ease given the stress this was causing. Following a quotation for the works I went ahead and booked a date for removal. The communication at all stages was great and I can't fault anything. The workers were respectful, hardworking and made sure everywhere was spotless when they left. I am so great full for all the help this company have provided and safe to say my roof now looks like it did before. Great service all round from a great company.

Recommended by Stenfield solicitors. They are not a spray foam removal company, they are contractors based in the North of England who send out spray foam "specialists" they don't know to carry out jobs they haven't seen themselves, they did an awful job and caused thousands of pounds in damage and were asked to leave on the very first day due to the unprofessional behaviour and huge amount of damage caused.

One workman fell through the ceiling and almost landed on my 86 year old grandmother in her chair, they have damaged over 50% of the roof, damaged plumbing, wiring and tiles. They couldn't speak English so, communication was almost impossible. They had no "specialist tools" as promised and they have caused almost double the invoice they quoted in damage.

Do not use Taylormade. Do your own research and find a reputable company, they are extremely expensive and unprofessional. Very rude staff in the office called Oliver who sends very passive aggressive messages via WhatsApp and is incredibly rude on the phone. Became upset and aggressive because he was "on a family holiday" and when told his contractor nearly crushed my grandmother he then accused us of "being dramatic" because his contractor fell through the ceiling above my grandmother's chair and caused a huge amount of damage then lied about it.

AVOID. I hired this firm to remove spray foam insulation. What a mistake. They ruined my entire roof, used glue to stick broken tiles back in place so they appeared to be ok when viewing from ground level. They damaged my hard wood floors as little to no care and attention was paid to dropping tools out of the loft.

I’ve phoned and emailed repeatedly but do not hear back. I presume that’s because they’ve received payment.

Do yourself a favor and avoid these cowboys!!

Taylor saved my house sale! I couldn't have asked for more. My house sale was about to fall through after the surveyor for my purchaser's building society diagnosed spray foam attached to the underside of the roof, put there by a previous owner.

Taylor Travers, the boss himself, was on site within a day or two of me making contact. His quote was the most reasonable of three quotes and he was the only estimator that gave me confidence that he had real knowledge of the process required.

The removal of the closed cell spray foam was completed efficiently by Taylor's team just before the end of the year, within days of being awarded the contract, enabling contracts to be exchanged for completion end of March 2024.

Proof of works documentation was issued in the form required by the lawyers and building society on the 5th January 2024.

I was very pleased with the removal of the spray foam from the loft the team that did the work were very friendly & they worked very hard i am delighted with the end result Taylormade estimated 2to4 days but they did the work in 2 & half days i would definitely recommend taylormade.

Surveyor was very helpful in describing the issues, showing photos of the removal process and talking me through the project. Foam removal was undertaken quickly and tidily. New rockwool insulation laid. A very professional and reasonably priced job.

Another recommendation by Stenfield and Co to remove spray foam and re-insulate.
Called to ask if they could come sooner than expected. Original estimate to clear was 2 days, but it took them three long days - no arguments about going over time. Very friendly and helpful team - cleared everything up beautifully. New insulation (NOT foam!) fitted same week. Happy to replace everything that had been taken from loft, despite finishing well after 7pm.
Overall, a thoroughly professional team, who were also pleasant and helpful.

Taylormade were recommended by Stenfield & Co who had conducted a claim on our behalf to recover the foam installation costs and anticipated removal charges. Taylormade came over as knowledgeable and professional with a strong client focused culture. The team sent to do the job were friendly, respectful and hardworking; they were cheerful despite the fact that the job is dirty and physically demanding in a confined space. They were determined to do a complete and thorough job and were conscientious in keeping the job site clean and tidy.

A dirty messy job taken on by Josh & Alfie who worked extremely hard to complete removal in a day (12hr job). All waste removed from property the same day & the boys kept me informed of every step.
The roof was re-lined and new insulation bought and laid.
No mess was left, Alfie hoovered!!
I found a small issue a couple of days later caused accidentally- contacted Taylor who was very apologetic, he arranged for one of the lads to return to fix. Alfie returned and fixed the issue.
Am very pleased with the overall experience. Many thanks to Josh, Alfie & Taylor and I would definitely recommend this professional, polite and hardworking company.

Stephen and the team just finished removing the missold foam insulation from my loft. It was a big job over 5 days, but the team worked hard and were professional and courteous throughout. Some mess (as expected) but this was hoovered before they left every day. Noise was kept as considerate as possible and all rubbish removed.
Big shout out to Stephen for all his efforts and offers of help. Good communication from Taylor prior and post the job. Very pleased with the result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Harry,Stephan and Kieran did an excellent job, they worked hard completing the process in record time which was appreciated due to pressure from Nationwide regarding the mortgage. They left the home
tidy and took away all the rubbish. The estate agent and Nationwide were happy with their experience of the company.

This was not an easy job and Taylor was exceptionally accommodating : a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this company.

TaylorMade were nothing short of professional, Informative, skilled, and passionate from the initial assessment right the way to removing the foam insulation it was our pleasure to have employed them. We were never under any pressure just given all the information and the price inorder to get other quotes they were more costly than other firms but we were happy to pay it they moved all the stuff from the loft and put it all back, there is no remnants of foam in our roof or home as they cleaned up amazingly and got rid of all the waste from our property. Job well done and one happy customer here. If your reading this and considering using them, do so.

I needed to remove some roof spray foam insulation. There is a terrible stigma about roof spray foam insulation (particularly the closed-cell variant). The government has not yet got off the fence about spray foam insulation) - like it didn't about building cladding!
Anyhow, after discussing this with several insulation specialists, TaylorMade came up with by far the most cost-effective solution and removed the spray foam effectively and efficiently using their ice blasting technology. Thank you.
