Excellent quality and great service
Really impressed with the quality of the frames and the attention to detail in all of the packaging. Delivery was quick.
Love the design of the glasses, they look great and are comfortable to wear.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I purchased several pairs of Taylor Morris sunglasses after discovering them while on a Caribbean vacation. I kept one and returned the other two with their return label which came with the glasses. The carrier had a problem and TM never came to my aide. They left me holding the bag on this return of $142. My mailroom was caught in the middle, suggested a fedex return and chargeback but TM is not assisting me here either. They changed their return policy and are not addressing my concerns to escalate this with their consumer affairs division. I have no choice but to publish my experience after multiple attempts to resolve...

Maybe next time
My order was delivered to the wrong address and a replacement pair were sent out without any arguments. The glasses were good quality and worth the price but i was not completely happy with the colour as i bought them on line. I returned them but would buy from Taylor Morris again.
