The work was carried out by Kian, William and a young chap whose name I didn't pick up (sorry). They communicated well, were polite, efficient, respectful of the property and kept me informed throughout. I had initially accepted a quote following a survey by Mark, again done efficiently and politely, and explaining things to someone who knows nothing about roofs. I asked for many photos at the end and received them, and Lucy called me post-completion to check I was satisfied. I have already made enquiries about further work in the months ahead. I am happy to say that Taylor were everything I hoped they would be. Highly recommended.

Blair arrived alongside Craig to re felt my garden shed. They arrived promptly, confirmed the work to be done and got on with the job. Blair even went above and beyond to ensure a robust job. They were efficient, tidy and provided an excellent quality of work. I would recommend this company and was very happy with the end product.

We had them out to repair a leaking gutter, clean the rest of the guttering, and carry out slate and ridge repairs. I had to call them back three times before the gutter finally stopped leaking.

They also failed to clean all the guttering as agreed. I later found the box valley gutter had not been cleaned and there were ridge brackets left discarded in the valley, which I now have to remove myself.

On top of that, the scaffolders were foul-mouthed and were arguing with each other on site. Overall, very unimpressed.

From the very beginning I was impressed by Taylor Roofs. John the surveyor came out and thoroughly inspected the issues I was having with my roof and was very friendly and helpful. I'd had surveyors from other companies out who had guessed what the issues were so was pleased to find out exactly what was required. The roofers then came out with a couple of weeks and carried out the repairs professionally and to a good standard. Will use again and recommend to anyone.

Taylor Roofs were recommended to us by our daughter, who was very pleased with her new roof and the professional way the job was completed on time. We are also pleased with the repair work and the removal of the Chimney. The lads were great, explained what stage they were at and always polite.

Contacted Taylor Roofs as was concerned about a sudden roof leak. Survey was arranged very quickly and surveyor reassured me that roof was in good condition and only a small repair was required. Service was excellent and was kept in contact from start to finish. Appreciated a small piece of work being done at a very reasonable cost.

Great interaction from approaching them to sign off of the work. Quality is great and the workmen were very communicative. Very professional in all aspects of process including back office. This is the second time I’ve used Taylor roofs and very happy to recommend.

We moved into an older property earlier this year and contacted Taylor Roofs as we knew we needed a Velux window replaced, we figured whilst getting the quote we would ask for an inspection to be done to get an idea of any other issues. Staff presented an easy to follow quote highlighting the areas of concern alongside photos of the issues needing rectified. We were kept informed each step of the way from first contact to completion of the works. Crew were prompt on the days that work was being undertaken and allowed us to carry on with our day-to-day with minimal interruption. Overall a great experience, particularly this close to the holidays!

Was happy with the service and thorough work from 2 different quotes then a 3rd after I had asked for further work to be arranged. Accommodated my requests and the lads who completed the work were also very helpful, showing photos of work completion on request and overall just good guys . Would use again

The problems with the roof were fixed to a good standard and all at the time and date specified. The roofers were helpful and answered any questions I asked. I have already recommended them to my brother.

We are really highly satisfied with the work completed on my mother's garage roof. The guys were great and highly skilled.
They kept my Mum up to date with all the work and showed her photos of the progress. The office staff kept us informed and communicated very well with us.

Survey done quickly after water leak. Quote received next day. Work started quickly. The two lads Nahal and Reese worked hard at it and were very polite and tidy. Everything was cleared up at end of each day.

Customer service excellent and team visited the next day to carry out roof repairs.
