Kept well informed of my order and delivered when they said

I purchased a Thomas kent clock, upon delivery the clock front was smashed to pieces, I contacted the company through email and spoke to a lady called suzanne she was really helpful and said she would get a new clock sent out to me. She kept me informed as when it would arrive. It arrived within 2 days. I will definitely use this company again. Great customer service. Thankyou.

The pillows I ordered are the best pillows I have ever put my head on and I’ve stayed at some of the top hotels around the world.

I recently purchased 2 bean bags from this company. Although the colour I wanted wasn’t in stock and had to wait, I was surprised that someone updated me about it (normally I have to chase up with companies if there’s a delay). The bean bags arrived but I wasn’t quite sure they work for us so I decided to return them. I was aware that I am responsible for sorting the return and paying for it. Suzanne was very helpful, offered to contact a reputable courier and arrange the return after I had a real fiasco with Evri. Just based on the customer service alone I would buy again, cannot fault them.

Exceptional service from this company, it was very easy to order our mattress online, it arrived sooner than we anticipated, communication with the shop was excellent, delivery company was very professional, extremely hard working, respectful of our property and friendly. Thank you all, we absolutely love our new mattress.

Colour I ordered ended up out of stock after purchasing online, which was annoying. Customer Services were helpful though & advised within a few days to allow refund or different colour. Delivery quick. Would give 5 stars if I had got colour that I ordered.

I ordered a bean bag one month ago and it still hasn't arrived (delivery was meant to be within 10 days). The company never got in touch to notify me of the delay. I have called them repeatedly and they still can't guarantee a delivery date. I'm very disappointed with the service as it was meant to be a present. I wish I had ordered from a more reputable company. Lesson learned for next time...
