Really nice service, quick report on on time service

They are very efficient and quick.
I call them for the valuation- they act very fast.
Send me a quotation straightway. The price is very reasonable. The valuer came within a couple of days . And next day got the outcome.

Brilliant service. I contacted a few different companies regarding a HTB survey that i needed on my property i was selling. Taylor Chartered Surveys were the cheapest and most productive with completing this survery as well as comunicating everything back to me. Once the survey was completed all the information was sent over the following day. Thank you. Highly reccomended to anyone with HTB properties. (UK)

They cancelled an inspection 15 minutes before they were due to arrive, due to an emergency.

Whilst this was frustrating, I know these things can happen.

Disappointingly, I was offered another date 9 days later. When I asked that this be brought forward, given the urgency (this is delaying the sale of my property) and they were the ones that had cancelled on me, it was point-blank refused and offered no alternative other than the delayed date.

I have found another firm and will avoid Taylor Surveyors in future.

Great communication when first enquiring to book a valuation. Quick visit to the property and then received the valuation the next day.

Surveyor did not turn up to the appointment did not carry out a survey (physical). Apparently valued the property based on other surveys carried out on the building, not my apartment and did not take into account the ongoing section 20, structural damages and estimated required work and disputes with the freeholder. Issued a valuation for help to buy anyway.
I contacted Taylor chartered surveyors on several occasion only to receive nonsense excuses of a re-schedule and a survey to actually be done. Loads of excuses and now no reply at all. Awful service. Have given them plenty of time and have been very patient. Now I have drawn a line. Avoid. Abysmal service and correspondence. Awful service.... can't event call it that. They didn't actually do anything.
