This is the second time I have used Taylor Walton. The first time was for looking after the conveyancing of properties for my house move. The first experience was a little long and protracted but that was due to delays caused by my buyer's solicitors. My only frustration was an unfortunate sequence of non-replies which always started with "I am currently on annual leave........." In fairness, I was given the names of others I could contact but when a conveyance stalls the stress levels are high and one wants honest advice or an attempt to keep things moving. That said, the work done was excellent and the transfer of funds prompt. This gave me confidence to go to a TW seminar where I met Zoe Sivelle who advised me on matters to do with my will. I found Zoe to be extremely knowledgeable and professional in dealing with all matters relevant to my needs. It is extremely pleasing to work with someone who can offer immediate and precise answers and advice.

Tracy Taylor was my assigned solicitor to deal with my lease extension. She was always very professional and replied very quickly to my queries. I would definitely recommend, very pleased with the service.
