HORRIBLE customer service. Paid almost $1,000 for blankets that STILL have not arrived, over A WEEK after they were promised. When called, they will tell you it will be there today, and it won't. They want your business so lie about when they can have your items to you. Find another provider.

I have both given and received gift boxes from The Tartan Blanket Company that have all been absolutely fantastic. They have arrived in great time and are beautifully packaged.

Today I received one as a secret santa gift for the first time as a friend knew how much I loved them. Each and every part of the box is wonderful; a beautiful handmade mug, melt in your mouth chocolates, a christmassy candle, a crazy cracker (beware of confetti stars!) and last but not least the beautiful, high quality, soft blanket.

10/10 present idea. Can't go wrong!

I received a gift box from my work for Christmas with a beautiful blanket, nibbles and a mug. Unfortunately the mug had been broken in transit. I contacted the team at Tartan Blanket and they sent me a brand new one out which currently has a hot chocolate in. Such amazing customer service - I have now signed up to the newsletter and will be definitely ordering from them for presents for family and friends. Highly recommend!

Have ordered a few scarves and blankets and they've all been great, really lovely quality and nicely packaged, speedy delivery every time too.
I love the option to build a hamper with as much or as little as you like in there, I've given a few as baby gifts and the recipients have always commented on how lovely and soft the baby blankets are.
Basically, an awesome company with a lovely ethos and brilliant products.
I'll be ordering more and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have shopped on several occasions with this company for blankets and other items as gifts and for myself. I have only ever needed to contact them once and they are brilliant. top class customer service. The items arrive wrapped so nicely it makes you feel special. I love their products and go back time and time again. I have quite a collection of tartan blankets and each one is different . I recently bought three scarves one as a gift my daughter adores hers almost cannot wait for the colder weather to use them.

This is one of the nicest companies that I have ever bought from online. They sent friendly emails at every point in the sale and despatch process. The blanket I received, within 2 days, was beautifully packaged. I would definitely buy from them again.

I found a blanket I wanted to order a large quantity of on Amazon and decided to get in contact with the supplier directly, that supplier happened to be the Tartan Blanket Company.

They were an absolute pleasure to deal with, very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy even suggesting alternatives when we couldn't get as many as we wanted of a particular design.

Would deal with these guys again and highly recommend them.
