Overall I am very pleased, I ordered one ETB and some pokemon card singles. My order arrived sooner than expected, and the packaging was great with no damage to anything, also the singles were in mint condition. No complaints, keep it up

Overall ease of buying was good. Although when creating an account my basket disappeared and had to add them again. Items arrived and packaged great. Will be buying more soon. More communication around delivery expectations would've made this experience even greater.
