First of all it was my ability to speak…
First of all it was my ability to speak to some one on the telephone who handled the sale expertly. I asked for a price reduction to match what I already had. This was granted immediately and I was told in very easy to follow steps how to get about it. Immediately was able to order the item and pay for it. The bracelet was posted to me and it arrived in record time. TB Mitchell sent very useful emails which made my purchase smooth and painless.
I am delighted with the company and would come back again and again.
