Product is great

Thank you for the review. We are glad you like the product and our service. You have been valued clients for over 10 years! I’m sorry to hear you think the P&C charge is excessive. Looking back at your records your P&C rate hasn’t changed since 2013. We also use tracked and signed deliveries rather than standard post to make sure there is traceability.

There was a delivery issue, one phone call and my order was re-sent and delivered the next day. Great service.

Expensive
The ordering process and delivery service was first class and although the product does as designed I felt it was very overpriced for a plastic T card storage rack.
