Waited for appointment to fix tyres four days days. Then on appointment day their partner said technical issues cancelled appointment advised to call break down. Response time for answering break down is over 30 minutes. Now breakdown says they can't repair puncture and instruction is vehicle to tow down to the partner where appointment is after a week. Terrible. When you hear tyre covered, paint covered etc don't be tempted.

Had the privilege of being introduced to TC Harrison quite recently and have found their commitment to getting information, quotes, revisions to customers is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble! Vehicle deliveries have been seamless. Excellent company to work with.

We leased a car from TCH Leasing and gave it back almost 2 weeks ago. I received an invoice for £495 today by email with no context, it simply just says compensatory reduction in value, no explanation at all, just an automated email with the attachment. The vehicle went back in pristine condition,we really looked after it, even the guy who picked it up commented on how good the condition was. I’ve seen other reviews with the same issue, they obviously just try their luck with people at the end of their lease to squeeze money out of them. This company causes unnecessary stress, I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. Awful service.

We have always found them providing a great service all credit to Mike Holleran our account manager who takes a lot of time and effort to get it right first time

we have only just started to work with Kirsti Scott, so its early days but so far so good.
She is really attentive and keen to ensure we understand all things about fleet management.
She is pro-active and has been really helpful so far.

TCH make you feel like they understand your needs and tailor the service to meet those needs. You aren't just another customer, you are valued and it shows in their response to any issues you may have. Direct access to your account manager saves time going through call centres where no one understands your account. From a health care perspective we appreciate a quick turn around, and this is the sort of customer service you get from TCH.

TCH are very easy to communicate with, any service, leasing or tyres issues we have had have been sorted very quickly and with a pragmatic view to get the issue solved.
We have been particularly lucky that our Customer manager Mike, goes the extra mile and has always been contactable and approachable and makes visits in person to go through our fleet, making suggestions for improvement and we have built up a fantastic working relationship with him throughout our department, and also his TCH colleagues who have help to sort any issues we have had.
TCH have been very liable and worked with us to get the best results and value for money.
From our experience, I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Be very careful at the end of your lease! Invoiced for 'poor repair' of parts of the car that was never repaired! The 'damage' was actually overspray that can be removed quite easily. I explained this multiple times on various emails but no notice taken and continue to pursue for payment for 'damage'.

Katherine, Su and Alex have all been excellent to deal with. Proficient, professional and a real credit to TCH.

Right from sending our current vehicles back to ordering new and even changing our vehicle requirements at the last minute nothing was too much trouble.

We did TCH through my husbands work but it finished up so we are waiting for it to start up again as the service was brilliant would definitely recommend
