What a pice of rubbish
What a pice of rubbish. If you waste your money on TCP (light bulbs etc) you are a fool ( I did which makes me the biggest fool of all ). There products just don't work. 5 smart light bulbs and can't get any of them to work. A scam company 100%. Please don't buy any of their products, you will regret it.

Bought 2 TCP smart plugs
Bought 2 TCP smart plugs, very easy to set up and use. Set both plugs to work on schedule while I am away on vacation. I have cameras on inside and outside house that clearly show the smart plugs are working on time switching my lights on and off at the right times. Set the schedules to work daily all working fine. Very pleased with these plugs.

Don’t bother with this company. Bad experience from start to finish.
I bought the LED smart strip lights. Took ages to connect to WiFi and Alexa and kept disconnecting. Tried resolving through their technical support which can only be done by messages and not by phone. Advice given did not make sense to what was showing in their app. It’s like their technical support team have never seen their own app. Resolved the issue by throwing them in the bin and bought a Govee LED strips which connected to WiFi and Alexa in seconds.
