The time it took from me noticing a wasp nest, to it being taken care of by TCS was less than an hour.
Wonderfully efficient. Polite. Friendly. Explained everything clearly. Very reasonably priced compared to other options.
If the little stingers make another appearance then I’d be back on the phone to TCS without hesitation.

Wow!! Myself and my family are so lucky to have come across such caring and hardworking people especially in this time of crisis.
We unfortunately had pigeons nesting underneath our solar panels which led to pigeon/bird mites getting into the bedroom. I have contacted numerous companies who quoted me without knowing what the ‘bugs’ actually were to start with.
I was recommended to go to TCS group were I spoke to the most caring and professional lady, Rachel. She got to the bottom of what they were within a very quick time. Knowing I might not even use their services they still asked every question to try and help me.
The mites had been biting me all over and I suffer largely with anxiety which Rachel managed to calm me and reassure me.
I was asked questions regarding Covid 19 to safeguard my grandparents health as they are on the externally vulnerable list.
I was given guidelines to ensure that we were also doing everything we could to prepare for the extermination and prevent them coming back in the future.
We needed the problem to be dealt with ASAP and Rachel had pulled all the strings to ensure this happened.
We had the technician Bruce who came urgently. He was knowledgeable, professional and very friendly!
I am just overwhelmed with the whole service and would highly recommend this company for anyone in need of their services!
