had a very disappointing experience with TDFX Broker.
TDFX organized a 15-day trading contest, and I participated seriously. I traded consistently for the full 15 days and finished in 2nd position. Like many other participants, I was waiting for the official winner announcement and prize money after the contest period ended.
However, after the 15 days were completed, when it was time to announce the winners and distribute the rewards, TDFX suddenly claimed that the contest had been cancelled. This was never communicated during the contest period.
I invested a lot of time, effort, and energy trading for 15 days with full discipline, trusting their competition rules. Cancelling the contest at the end feels unfair, unprofessional, and misleading.
This behavior seriously damages trust. Based on my experience, I would not recommend TDFX Broker, especially when it comes to transparency and honoring their commitments.

They provide dedicated account managers who are very responsive and prompt.... also their fast deposit and withdrwl feature is great.... and no words fr the great speed of their MT5 Trading platform

Dear TDFX Support,

I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction with the recent decision to migrate to a new trading platform without transferring the 119 USD credit balance from my existing account to the new portal.
frequently changing of these platform transitions is highly unsettling. Such actions raise serious doubts about the stability and long-term security of anyone's funds and equity. As a trader, anyone's confidence in a broker is directly linked to the assurance that anyone's capital is safe and accessible at all times.

Failing to automatically transfer my account balance to the new platform is unacceptable. It not only disrupts trading activity but also undermines the trust that clients place in your company. If such operational changes continue without adequate safeguards for client funds, it becomes extremely difficult to justify continuing any business relationship.

I demand an immediate clarification on:

Why my USD credit has not been transferred to the new platform.

What guarantee you can provide to ensure such disruptions will not occur in the future.

How TDFX intends to restore client confidence following these repeated changes.

I expect a prompt and transparent response, along with the immediate transfer of my funds/credit USD to the new platform. Any further delay will leave me with no choice but to laugh on TDFx migration system, will share my experience to social platforms and Trust pilot.
