I contact them (I cant remember the exact date now) to re-program my tuning box for another vehicle, and had a really great email and nothing was to much any trouble, on top of that I even got a discount. I received the box back very quickly and was surprised it was a completely new unit and wiring loom. After fitting I was amazed at the improvement in drivability and power, especially towing my caravan. top people, this is my second unit from them.

I had difficulty installing the sensor connection under the cooler matrix and cpu on my son’s 2016 Mercedes SLK 200. In truth - I couldn’t even see it - never mind safely disconnect/ reconnect. The connectors can be brittle.

Fortunately I live close enough to Chelmsford to have Chip perform the operation. He didn’t have to remove the interfering parts as described in the instructions which I had fretted with.

So pleased with my CRTD4 twin channel diesel tuning box, from the ordering process, installation and the results from the great plug-in tuning box.
It’s does everything it says on the tin and more.
I decided to give TDI tuning a try to improve the towing perform on my Fiat Fullback pick-up truck. For everyday use I set the box to level 4 and when towing level 7. Performance and fuel economy improve under both driving conditions; fuel economy even improves under DPF regen conditions!
Also, I’m a UK military veteran and on asking if TDI Tuning give UK military veterans a discount, l was given a free upgrade to the Bluetooth box and free delivery (they did ask for proof of service which l was happy to provide).

The speed of the delivery was spot on and the product i received is absolutely spot on I've noticed and increase in my performance the only thing that has really stayed the same is my MPG

I replaced my current car make and model and required a new wiring harness. The process of ordering was simple and my Tunit box received updadted software over the air.
I had a little problem installing the new harness and contacted Technical Support who couldn't be more helpful and guided me on installing the new wiring harness. Great experience from start to finish.

Very helpful on the phone and arrived quickly. Unfortunately I can’t leave a review on how the product works as I installed it the day before we were due to drive to south of France and came out in the morning and the car had been stolen with the TDI tuner in it. To say I’m gutted is an understatement.

Great online and email comms, simple install for Audi B8 S4 - two plugs and off you go. Bluetooth is excellent, can use the buttons I guess once set, but nice to adjust from 1-7 on the go to see the impacts. Delivered prompt, and have recommended and friend has bought and installed - nice product

Blew a 72k diesel (over serviced) motor 2 months after installing the tuner, to be honest I don’t know if it was the tuner but the timing doesn’t look good….

Bought a few items from this company over the years and no complaints. Easy to get on the phone or mail and respond quickly.
Blutooth app linked to their tuning box is a gamechanger, so simple straighforward and most of all reliable. MPG increased approx. 4-5 since fitting which is impressive considering the performance. Boost seems to surge occasionally on certain settings but it's all fun and wheel spin !
