I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside Sam for quite some time now, and I can honestly say he really knows his stuff!

The programme, training and ongoing mentorship he provides are fantastic. Sam has a genuine passion for helping others succeed and has a brilliant way of breaking things down, sharing his knowledge and making what can sometimes feel complicated much easier to understand.

Sam is a great mentor, I have been involved with a few, but I have to say Sam as a mentor and the platform itself is awesome. No better place to be if you want education on being a property sourcer and the top notch support included. Highly recommend.

I have just joined the group, but my initial impression is pretty positive. I like the conciseness, the down-to-earth approach at the same time the content being so instructive and exhaustive. All questions answered in a timely manner, a community of people sharing their interests and experiences, a good place to be.

I did deal sourcing for 9 months and honestly I didn't go anywhere until I started going to Sam's masterminds. He provides a lot of value and most importantly he breaks down everything into doable actions. This was really helpful when i was trying to figure out what exactly I should be doing to get my deals. He also walks the walk as he has and is a deal sourcer himself and he puts in effort by doing incredible volume, for example reaching out to 200 investors a day to build his listing.
