I had a very uncomfortable experience with ICTT due to constant and aggressive follow-up calls. I was contacted repeatedly every few minutes and pressured to make an immediate payment despite clearly asking for more time. I was given only 2 days to decide for a ₹55,000 course, which was not sufficient. Even after requesting multiple times for just one more day, my request was ignored. I received constant calls pressuring me to make the payment the same night. Later, I was asked to pay ₹5,000 to ‘lock my seat' in 30 mins, which felt like another pressure tactic. This kind of aggressive and insensitive behavior is highly unprofessional. I felt totally uncomfortable and so much stressed that I finally decided to not enroll in the course.

It was a good experience with flexibility of time and duration with clear explanation

The Child Psychology course was very informative, engaging, and highly beneficial for my professional development as a teacher. The course provided a deep understanding of children’s developmental stages, behavior patterns, and emotional needs.
I learned about important topics such as cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development, as well as how to identify and support children with different learning needs. The case studies and practical examples helped me understand real classroom situations and how to handle them effectively.
The course also improved my skills in classroom management, communication, and creating a positive and supportive learning environment. I now feel more confident in understanding children's behavior and responding in a patient, supportive, and professional manner.
The trainers were knowledgeable and explained concepts clearly. The course materials were well-structured and easy to understand.
Overall, this course was extremely valuable, and I would highly recommend it to other teachers. It has helped me become a more aware, sensitive, and effective educator.
