TeacherTee are amazing! I wouldn't have been able to build my online teaching profile without Fran and Lukes help. They have been supportive every step of the way and provided me with lots of information to ensure I am able to work online successfully. They are always on hand to help and answer any of my queries. Their techniques and way of teaching have certainly boosted my profile, this has now given me the chance to work online from anywhere in the world! I would highly recommend.

Wasted my time
horrible communication, they wasted my time as I had to do the video and applications and after this they couldn't even be bothered to answer my calls or emails to try and arrange a second interview (as they were requesting one from me!) due to their Complete lack of communication, the interview time was 15 minutes early in the initial interview so they have poor time managment. The second never interview never happened which they wanted to organise with me because they were so disorganised and they don’t even communicate or reply to my emails, even though I told them I can only do WhatsApp or Skype for the second interview since I’m out the Uk, they’re too incompetent to not read my emails, so they called my Uk number anyway which I couldn’t receive the call, even tho I told them 🙄. they’ll waste your time like they did me, just see other reviews and they’ll support what I say. Thank you so much for WASTING MY TIME!

I was turned away from a job at a reputable language school when told the tefl that teacher tee had recommended was not verified. I spent a lot of money on this qualification and was told that not only were they very entitled to charge £25 for a paper copy of my tefl but that the whole thing was a waste. Don't waste your time or money on teacher tee or their tefl sponsored program. They were difficult to contact and have not reached out to me since I made them aware of my experience.

To clarify for both you and the public, TeacherTee is a recruitment agency that connects qualified teachers with reputable online schools. The TEFL qualification you obtained is from TEFL UK, an organization accredited by Training Qualifications UK and Ofqual. For anyone curious, you can verify these accreditations on their websites or even on government sites.
We responded to your concerns within 8 hours, requesting evidence from the Intensive School of English that your TEFL certificate was fake. However, you did not provide any evidence and instead left a negative review within 30 minutes of our response.
We have never encountered anyone being turned down from a job teaching English as a second language online due to their TEFL qualification. After checking out the company you provided, the school based in the UK that you applied for required a QTS or PGCE. It appears there may have been some confusion, as you may have mistakenly thought the TEFL qualification was equivalent to these requirements.
Additionally, it seems there is a pattern of leaving negative reviews when refunds for online courses are not granted. This trend is evident in your other reviews on Trustpilot.
We want to categorically state that the TEFL qualification from TEFL UK is legitimate. We encourage anyone reading this, including Jane, to please do the research themselves. Additionally, if your contact number is not based in the UK, our system won't allow us to call you directly. This is why we specifically request to connect via WhatsApp, as it enables us to communicate with candidates globally without these restrictions.

We have records indicating that you missed our initial call because another agency called you, and you mistakenly thought it was us. Horrible organization and absolute scam!!
After doing the long winded process of uploading the Youtube video on their website, they booked me in for a '15 min phone call consultation' with a 'new staff' who didn't know what she was doing. On that phone call she told me she would get back to me for further information and LOST CONTACT IMEDIETLY AFTER. Tried emailing and calling again, no response.

You handle my case very professionally and have given me great advice for how to price my lessons and encourage students to learn English with me. Within a few weeks, I have been very successful. I see that you are able to find a job for me that matches my skills very well. The one issue I have with your company (and why I haven't given you five stars) is: on one occasion I received an email that you will call me on a specific day, but you called me the next day. I would appreciate more prompt responses from you, especially in returning phone calls. But in general, your company is giving a VERY valuable service to people who want to start out as online TEFL teachers. :-)
