If the tutor is late when it comes to cancelling the lesson the should not be forfeited as it isn’t my fault

I appreciated when I requested to change mode of learning from written to spoken approach. I basically enjoyed the session with the tutor who applied different techniques for learning.

It was a great experience to get me clarified about my lesson package.
Also the commitment to schedule call to explain to me my lesson credit and sending my schedules and statement to me through my email.
