Why are more people not talking about this??? The best way to move house by far!!! Saves cost and the environment by not wasting loads of cardboard. Absolutely amazing team who are super helpful... If I could give 7 stars I would!

Delivered 25 crates earlier than expected.
Delivered by Tommy and a colleague from Curdworth site.
He split crates into 5's so easy to manoevre.Ensured enough labels and bubble wrap for computer screens.

Jasmine Goraya was very helpful the minute i called the office to make enquires, right up to the end, me placing the order etc.

Made packing and our move much easier. Being able to stack the crates in the new house while we unpacked was much more orderly than fishing through cardboard boxes. Crates are easy to carry, very sturdy and can be packed densely. Very pleased.

Great experience! The staff are helpful, friendly and professional, especially Paul the Warehouse Manager, who sorted me out in double quick time. Helped me load my van so that I was in and out in a few minutes. Speed is of the essence in my trade.

Everyone has heard of PHS as a commercial provider but I was surprised when searching for re-usable crates for moving home that they came up as a suggestion. I reached out to PHS Teacrate to clarify if they could provide me with some advice and I very quickly got an informative reply from Kelly Saund, who fully explained their service and even offered a small discount code!

Following a simple order process, the crates arrived along with packing materials, mattress covers and equipment for moving them once full. After the move they were collected as agreed and the drivers call ahead to let you know when they are half an hour away.

Really pleased with this experience, price is very comparable to buying single use cardboard boxes but the teacrates are much more solid, properly protecting all your items. Also we wanted to find something that would be re-usable to minimise our environmental impact and this definitely ticked the box.

I carried out some work for Hannes Kerr-Gold at PHS Teacrate earlier today, and just wanted to leave a quick review. What a great experience! Only had 7 crates for a house move. From first conversation and placing order, to collection and final drop back of the crates, cant fault the service provided through the process.
Due to my medical needs, a huge thank you to Paul in the warehouse and manager James for your kind assistance whilst i was returning the crates.

Another excellent service from PHS/Teacrate!
This morning we had Mehmet and Abdi Omar here delivering crates for our office move. They were friendly, helpful and they arrived early and ready to go!
I supervised the unloading and delivery into the office and it was fast and efficient. We booked them through a third party (our moving company) and have also passed on the positive feedback to them. I hope this excellent service continues when the crates are collected at the other end later this month. Thanks gents!

I've recently been using phs Teacrate to help store items for a house move. Fantastic range of crates.
made the move easier by putting items in stackable crates (especially good for storage).
I just returned some crates and asked my wife to return them. She came back and said "Paul really made returning the crates so much easier for her"

We are refurbishing our home. As ordinary punters we used PHS Teacrates to store our personal items. The team have been a real pleasure to deal with. From Shane in the warehouse to Monika and Ana in the admin team, they have been really helpful and supportive. Not often you find companies that try to sort out the customer's problems. We are individual users and did have some issues. They were really understanding and supportive at a stressful time. Highly highly recommended
