They take your money but never send goods diabolical company
Do not trust this company. I ordered cous cous from them via amazon. The product did not arrive. They have refunded £14 odd when I actually paid £18 odd. They have said they understand the pricing confusion but it is the fault of a different company!! I will not be ordering again and I will be advising family and friends to stay well away from these con artists
Ordered on Ebay 30g jars of jam, received 15g sachets, half of what I paid for and wrong flavour. I requested a returns pre-paid label, told I had to send back and once received would be refunded. I have been refunded the goods, but not the postage and the company are ignoring me. Disgusting, send wrong inferior goods, deliberately mislead me on returns procedure and now ignore me, worst customer service experienced.
Bought shortbread in a nice box for my mrs, delivered damaged and company have offered me a 10% refund as a good will gesture! Shocking company, the whole idea of paying a premium was for the box it came in and that’s wrecked!
Buyers beware!
My order was cancelled with no notification. I only realised after waiting a week. I have not yet received a refund (5 days).
