Rotten moonrocks …

Got sent rotten moonrocks no hash wrapped around a nice bud out of 7g I had on tiny bud done properly ive sent maybe 6 email now to resolve the situation but after no response after 7 days wow they can send promos but not hv customers service look into it absolutely absurd this is a shop that if had said sorry etc id of kept buying there but they have lost a good customer after even charging me fr that rotten rocks honestly ive kept em incase they want em back no keif on them rotten bud il say the hash was ok it just wast on the bud sorry but until I hear back iam gone

Submitting my daily 1 star again, tealer were awful, awful customer service, awful product, awful approach to business. Item arrived 5 days late in awful condition looking nothing at all like the photographs difference was night and day, their photos are fake. Moving on, refused to refund my delivery fee after promising delivery in 48 hours slapped all over their website and taking 7 days total, 5 days late. I sent over 30 emails that week to tealer and didn't get one single reply. Their live chat I visited about 10 times over 3 days (working days mon to wed) and didn't get one single reply even though their system kept saying I'd get one within the hour. No phone number you can call and when they did reply they just palmed me off and the replies came.about 10 days after it finally arrived. It took me over 2 WHOLE WEEKS to even get a message back from these con artists.

What a joke

Orderd a few times got brown weed instead of real bud and their is always something missing it is a pure rip off keep ur money call ur bud guy what a pure joke this is and no one answers customer service try and get hold of them before u order and u will see and i paid for 24 hour delivery on saturday and got brown weed on tuesday ps they still do nothing about it saying its opend so they can't do anything i wouldn't no it was brown without opening it

I would honestly give 0 stars if that…

I would honestly give 0 stars if that was an option, I made a purchase through Tealerlabs website, I was told there was a problem with the transaction, I checked my credit card account and the payment was in fact successful, I wasn't given an order number, I sent several messages to customer services which were all ignored and now I'm in the process of recovering my money through my credit card, overall a really bad experience, I'm convinced these people are scammers holding on to your money for as long as possible and selling your data, what a shame when so many people want to support your business and you treat them like that 😐

I would give it zero stars but it won’t allow it.
I ordered 2 weeks ago (£62 worth)
Nothing arrived.
NO response from company after several contacts.
I really needed this as I am ill and certainly can’t afford to lose that money. I’m so upset 😞

Thieves

Have spent a decent amount of money here and only ever had one issue with a delayed delivery. However, on my most recent order they only shipped half of what I ordered, and have since ignored every method of communication I can find.
They've definitely read my comms and have deliberately ignored it. I strongly advise potential customers to avoid this company - they're blatant thieves.

Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers. Placed my order on the 31st Dec and paid for 24hr delivery service. It said dispatched on the 2nd jan which means it should have arrived on the 3rd and its now 5th of jan and nothings delivered yet.
Wont recommend at all.

I don’t know yet about the company

I don’t know yet about the company. I ordered on the 29th of December, paid for the 24 hour tracked service now considering it was a Sunday and late plus with the new year around the corner I am willing to allow a little time but after a lot of emails and trying to contact them I have gotten no response so I am here now hoping they’ll see this review and help me.

I ordered from them on the 3/12 it is…

I ordered from them on the 3/12 it is now 6/12 I paid for next day delivery and it is nowhere to be seen. They have not provided me with a tracking number and they haven't replied to any emails asking for a tracking number, neither have they replied to the chat service on the website.

Can't say that I'd recommend them and now I'm just left out of pocket and Incredibly angry. What a waste of my time and money, absolute morons.

No received the Free products promised

Great products, efficient delivery but slightly dissatisfied and disappointed with them. This has happened twice, they have not sent out the free mojo mango. My recent order was over a £130 and was promised 3 x 5gm Mojo. I received 1 x 5gm. Once can be a mistake but twice is being deceptive and wrong. Why they would do this completely baffles me. I’m extremely upset. I could have spent £80 and received the 1mojo mango. My order email mentions 3 x 5gm of mojo mango only to receive 1 5gm pack. No point in sending them messages, they will NEVER reply and their non existent emails will bounce back. Quite sad because I like their products. Lesson learnt.

No tracking / Delivery - Generic Customer Service

Ordered on the 20/11 with a 48h delivery announced (#7415)
After 4 days, I asked an update, just to be informed that the order was delayed due to logistic issue (which were apparently known before the order, but no information was shared about it, so the customer has to bear the effects and no compensation offered)

It is now 13 days, and I've no tracking link, no real updates and just 2 generic emails that you receive as part of an automatic reply.
Obviously, when you ask for a refund/cancellation, there is no answer any more.

This is my last time with this poor service that looks more and more like a scam or a closing company that is trying to cash out before closure
(Also quite dishonest that the company reply to reviews saying that Tealerlab420 is a different company, while the tealerlab.com redirects to the tealerlab.de (tealer420), meaning that they are linked)

The worse experience ever

The worse experience ever. All their products are dry or old.They use the worse type of tree and covered it all in whatever. For example the moon rocks are horrible, pre rolls are not even real trees .This website should shut down yesterday its so terrible. If I could give negative stars I would
