I had some problems with my package that was not the fault of taelers lab but Daphné from support wanted to give me a refund. Just before offering me a refund my package was found so no refund necessary but support was great. I bought a cbn vape and the quality is great, good sleep is coming my way. Thank you Taeler Lab

My order is now a couple weeks late and I have had no confirmation that it will even be arriving, I have contacted you several times with no answers as to if I will even receive my order.
So far it has been wasted money with no results.
If I could give 0 stars I would becuaer I have had no assistance with this.

I unfairly assumed this was some sort of scam but was very pleasantly surprised to find the items turned up, however i recieved no conformation or further communication so I was left worrying if my items would arrive, im pleased to report crisis averted! they even included some free samples
