Here at Team GC we are leading the way in online transformation: We run several 6 week courses throughout the year which include: > Home Workouts > Nutrition & Recipe Database > Weekly Checkins with Coach > Private members only group Team GC is run by us Dan & Jamie. We are a married couple that genuinely are best mates, meeting just under 10years ago. We now have two beautiful girls & unfortunately two like white fluff balls (you will see these on Team GC). Not only do we run Team GC together we also have a gym where we both run classes for adults & children as well as a supplement company. We have strong beliefs in staying true to what you said way after the mood has passed and making sure you enjoy your journey to help keep it consistent. Getting just 1% better daily is the way we try to live and what we like to try and help educate to anyone who wants to listen. The reason we have and continue to help people transform their bodies and mind is because Team GC is real, we despise fad diets, “magic pills” and taking advantage of venerable people. This plan is the best thing I have ever done, the group and especially dan and Jamie are so supportive, I have now lost just under 4 1/2 stone, I would definitely recommend this is the best thing I have ever done 🙂

For the young at heart too
I started GC in Feb 21 - expecting to be a size 6 in 6 weeks (I was a good 18) I wasn’t disappointed when it didn’t happen..why? Because I have learnt that the support, the online and gym classes, the ‘live’ information discussions that Dan holds all gave me the building blocks to start getting my weight shifted. Much more importantly I have a much healthier lifestyle and relationship with food. I have been a yo-yo dieter for years and tried the well known diets, time and time again! This is a game changer - my only regret is that I wish it had been around 20 years ago and the Dr’s prescribed it rather than those we will not mention again! Try it it won’t disappoint.

Always been up and down with fitness…
Always been up and down with fitness and since I started gc just over a year ago since then I’ve nearly lost 3stone. The group offers you so much support when needed and I found is very easy to slot into my life style. When the option came up to sign up for the year it was a no brainier and after a few courses my partner jumped on to it as well.
