Fast delivery to Ireland, no import taxes or extra charges. The board itself is zippy, trucks/wheels are what you'd expect and it's not too heavy. It'll be a great cruising board and for getting around. I'll still be taking my one wheel pintx for getting to and from work though.

I like how you guys respond to emails in reasonable time. I absolutely hate the months of back and forth required to solve a problem/get refunded/ get replacement battery. Sub to trekktheworld

Fast shipping and really good service

The website is great, the ability to change the currency type is very helpful and the different categories are very detailed in what they included. The site was quite easy to navigate and the Q&A was helpful to gather information on common questions. The team who answers the questions are great as they reply relatively quickly with details. If possible I think that they could improve by allowing aftermarket components/accessories to be advertised in place of out of stock parts, as an example I wanted to have a headlight bit it is out of stock, in which I am unsure what will work with my H20 board.

Decent shipping time, Great customer service. They are very helpful with any issues or concerns.

Ordered my first team gee board off of a friend’s recommendation. Board showed up and doesnt work. Emailed back and still havent gotten a response, definitely wouldn’t recommend.

I purchased my board and it came with missing screws from the motor covers

Paid USD $80 shipping to have the items delivered between 10-12 days still waiting for item to be delivered. Was provided with tracking details for the skateboard that is still not active and have sent multiple emails, and the response I get is to wait patiently the item will come.

I am not happy at the fact when I purchased this item the estimated wait time was at around 4-5 days with most orders getting to their destination within 4 days or less This promise was in full view for everyone who was going to place and order with TeamGee. Well here we are going on 12 DAYS WITH NO SIGNS OF IMPORTANCE TO MY ORDER.
PLEASE Let Me Know What is happening with my order AND I MIGHT CONSIDER CHANGING MY REVIEW...

I adjusted my review to 5 Stars.. After leaving the not so good review about my order, a TeamGee representative reached out to me about my problem...

But when it comes to the actual product I ordered (Remote for the H2OT) The product was absolutely Awesome, stellar quality product that was fairly easy to pair with my board..
I love TeamGee products and Boards.. They just blow Meepo AWAY.....

Wheels I ordered are incorrect in size too big H20.

Jerky brakes.. Instant gratification.and a cool kicktail.. To fast .to short vibration hurt the feet it was built in China I know so wasn't expecting much... It cruises right up hills

I'm a big dude, 280-290 with my gear and a full bag, and I live in an area with tonnes of hills, and this board has no problems with them. And the truth is, I fell in love with this board and ride it every day, every chance I get. I'll be buying more from Team Gee in the future, you can be sure of that!

so it already pass 5 days and i dont have any update off my product , i think the product it have really good quality , but they need to work to in the shipment too , i said it already pass 5 and the corrier dont pick up my skateboard from the shop; so i think they need to be better on that

They do not disclose all costs up front and ask for more money after your order. Shipping is super slow and their customer service is terrible. Go with a different company

When d first got this board it seemed perfect, it had enough power and range for everything that I wanted. The only thing that slightly bothered me was that because I loosened the trux when I leaned farther to the side the wheels would actually hit the side of the board. It mostly just looked like cosmetic damage so that didn't bother me too much. Then, on the second day I had it, me and some friends went out to a empty parking lot to ride it around and have some fun. I have a friend who is just barely starting (this was the first longboard, electric or otherwise, that he had ever ridden) and was going very slow. The speed controller said 5-6kph. Then at one point, he was riding and started to fall off. He simply jumped off the board without problem, but the board ran into a curb. It was only going 5-6kph and had no extra weight on it, and the front of the board split apart. (It was technically the back, but my inexperienced friend didn't know that because the sides are symmetrical) This caused the trux to basically fall off (they were still connected my the wire). I contacted their email asking about a warrantee, but they said that because it can caused by an accident that it wasn't covered. Which yes this is caused by an accident, but with how slow it was moving it should not have completely broken from such a small hit. Not worth over $400, pretty terrible customer service (they also did not reply to my email for about a week after I sent it), board is extremely frail. I would not recommend this under any circumstance unless you plan to never crash and never bump it into anything.
