I've had a really great experience dealing with Paul and TeamHeat. Paul's incredibly professional, always gets back to you quickly, and pays attention to everything. You can tell he really cares about his clients and does things properly.

Boiler packed in and I was left with no heating or hot water. Gave TeamHeat a shout and they had someone out to me fast. He knew what he was at, found the problem straight away and had it fixed that day—no messing about.

Dead on from start to finish. Told me exactly what was wrong, what needed done, and didn’t try to push anything extra. Fair price too for the work that was done.

You can tell they actually care about doing a good job—not just rushing through it. Will definitely use them again if anything else goes wrong.
