This is the third year I’ve ordered jerseys from them, about 140 each time…they ALWAYS come out exactly as we wanted, arrive before the estimated arrival date and staff have raved about them every time! Thank you so much for helping us show our school spirit!!!

The customer service process was so helpful and patient. Rolling with the ongoing changes to lock in the best lock for what we were wanting. The quality of the product was great and the measurement of the fit were true to size. I will be ordering again!

My experience here was wonderful. I ordered my daughter a jersey in memory of her boyfriend to wear for jersey day at school for homecoming week. It was perfect! And it arrived just in time! I wish I could post pictures because she loves it!

I ordered two jerseys of a player you typically can't get in the team stores (A kicker). I ordered a medium and extra-large. What arrived was two jerseys the same size. They say different sizes on the labels but are the exact same size if you measure them. Sadly, one is a dress on my son who I needed a medium for. They refuse to fix the size issue even though I asked because they say they sent what I ordered. The company is overseas sadly and hard to communicate with. It is really sad because the jersey is actually in very good shape and quality (it is just a dress on my son).

So I’m a start up company and went through the process of making jerseys for my team sent the money as asked. Once I paid for them never got a confirmation email nor shipping confirmation nada. Put a fraud complaint in with my bank and still waiting for my payment to return. So now I’m out 2500 and had to go with another company to make sure we have uniforms

Same thing happened to us. Jersey never arrived and the USPS tracking number isn't real according to our post office. Tracking number shows it going from "LAX" to our tiny town post office with nothing in between. Sure. OK. Feels very scammy. I've requested their help but if the other bad reviews are true, I doubt I'll hear anything.

I ordered a custom baseball jersey on Jan 29th and NEVER received it. I was even given a fake USPS tracking number initially and then when I kept asking where my order was it was suddenly delivered already but not to me! They have tried to scam me out of my money and I am NOT happy! They messed up my birthday present for my friend and took my money. I will fight back! Also, how is it that they don’t have one review below a 4? Not one? That’s because they filter out the real ones or the ones that lower their rating!

We needed something to show our spirit for our 50th reunion of our championship team. Your jerseys or just what the doctor ordered. They have a great feel to him and with the sewn on numbers and letters they look fantastic. You actually exceeded my expectations. And that's rare these days. Thank you very much for making a very nice affordable product.

Scam, paid $25 extra for the expedited shipping (1-3 days). It's now 10 days later and I don't have my jersey. There's only an email to contact and no one replies. No phone number. When i look at the order, it just says it's still being fulfilled. Don't know how I can get my jersey, or money back....Scam, STAY AWAY!!!

This company has good quality Jerseys, Hats, and other stuff. They are definitely affordable and arrive in a reasonable time. The customer service is great as well. They really only communicate through the "chat with us" text box on the website but they get back to you pretty quickly via email if not immediately in the chat box. Realistically, you should be aware that the business hours are not the same as the United States normal daytime hours since their company is not in the U.S. However, regardless, the products are much better than any cheap stuff you order on Amazon and probably more affordable. I have ordered several customized items from them a couple different times and they always are very nice and accurate.

The reviews with the glowing recommendations are 100% false. If they are real, please post a working customer service number, address and the owner of the company's name and his working phone number. Otherwise, you are paid to lie.

We ordered around 40 jerseys and they were all perfect. There wasn't a single mistake in the entire order. The customer service throughout my experience was also phenomenal, if I ever need jerseys in the future, I will be shopping from here without a doubt.
