This platform was a saviour in our workplace.
On the one hand, there's a fun and playful side to it. Almost like Facebook for work. We can add our profile photos, list our likes and interests, post comments and get notified of birthdays and anniversaries - just to make some of its many fun features. This has made a tremendous impact on our company culture.
On the other hand, the more corporate side if you will, a company can conduct their KPIs and performance reviews right there on the platform.
Teamphoria also has the recommended option of controlling access. For instance, I have full access of the platform - I can change profile photos; deactivate former employees' profiles; and new profiles; view performance reviews etc. Whereas other emoyees have the ability to only write, comment and like posts, as well as give a "Shout out" to a colleague, or colleagues, who has/have done a great job.
Speaking of "Shout outs", one has the ability to download a list of which employee received the most "Shout outs", as well as who handed them out. This is great when it comes time for Year-End functions.
There is also an anonymous feature whereby an employee can - daily if they would like - select a happy, neutral or sad face, and then describe why. This helps management to take action and to squash and rectify any issues we have, as well as continue doing what makes the employees happy.
The posting features are a great help. I can post to specific groups under specific headings.
In conclusion, I HIGHLY recommend Teamphoria.
As for the team behind Teamphoria, Shawn Cloete is always available to take a call, respond to a message, and reply to emails. He has helped add features, remove features, and provides training when needed. The team is amazing.
