Not great- needs more flexibility and support with questions
I can't post on the group for advice. No guidance about how to track calories if eating out/takeaways, measurements only in grams when a whole measurements might be more feasible eg 1 large egg, 1 rasher of bacon, 1 sausage (from a branded pack), barcode scanned items dont appear on recent searches. I like the bar code scanner but overall, I'm dissatisfied with the lack of flexibility. We lead busy lives and this doesn't really make tracking easier

From ordering to delivery, this was so easy.
The protien powders are so easy to make up into a drink.
Mixed with yoghurt and oats it makes a very tasty breakfast or snack.
So good, I will never buy another brand!

Can't fault it
I was nervous to join Team RH after many failed attempts with weight loss and being on maternity leave with very little money, but I needed to do something for myself and my children. I'm only a week and half in and I'm already 9 pounds down! I breast feed my 8 month old, and I was worrying about my supply dropping but the team assured me with the right guidance that my supply will stay and I'll still be able to drop pounds, and they were right! Would highly recommend 👌

The app is good and informative... loads of choices in the Calorie counting part. You can always find the item you want.
The only thing I was unhappy about was the 14 day cancellation... once you start the app they state you waive your right to cancellation which I find strange.. Not sure how they expect you to know if you like the app before you try it... but I'm now in for a year so let's see how I do 😊
