If I could give less than 1 star I would. This company takes forever to send uniforms. (We are now into week 6 and no shipping confirmation/ account says "awaiting fulfillment") Has no phone number for customer service. Doesn't give free shipping to team orders (even though we are paying over $500 in merchandise) and only has an email to reach out to which responds with a generic email response. I hope my club never uses them again!!!

$150 for 2 soccer kits -- way too much!
5 weeks for delivery -- way too long! Then they never arrived after 5 weeks. I emailed customer service and I got a bot that replied "We are still in contact with our fulfillment center and will provide you with an update on your order as soon as possible." What? That's not an answer. "Should you require further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us." Further assistance, you never assisted me to begin with, just a word salad.

These soccer leagues hold us captive to this company, that can't fulfill their orders.

My sons soccer team uniforms are made by them. The order process was smooth, and delivery timeline went as expected. The uniform look and feel great.

Ordered $900 in items for our team kit, obviously purchased extras. $40 for shipping is completely crazy. I ended up canceling the puffer coat bc it was not a stadium length, so still spent $750 and no credit for shipping on that large item, I’m sure it won’t cost $40 to ship my order. I ordered a warmup with no number bc the club or Capelli inadvertently left it off mandatory ordering only to find out 2 days after I ordered it was added. I asked Capelli to cancel the one without a number so I can add the one with a number and I was repeated told it was a mandatory item so I cannot cancel but I can buy the new one, pay more shipping and return the one without a number. On 7/14 they told me this and that my order is in processed and partially shipped after multiple emails and basically too bad we can’t fix it. You’ll have to pay more shipping and shipping to also return the item. Today is 7/31 and no items are showing fulfilled or shipped on my order.
Capelli is unwilling to help and work with you. Be sure you have your order accurate and hope you never have to correct it. I will say, cancelling the puffer jacket was easy not sure why updating a Madison warmup to one with a number is so difficult. Capelli, you need to do better!!
