Center stand for bonneville t100 water cooled , arrived within 48 hours, had a look through the fitting instructions a couple of times then went to work on fitting , total time to fit was about 20 minutes.
I had seen a few reviews saying the spring was difficult to fit so was dreading that bit however 2 attempts and it was on .
First couple of attempts to get bike up on stand were a bit difficult but after that was easy .
So to sumup great product fast service and excellent price this is the third item i have had for this bike from Tecbike and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I ordered some parts in the wrong colour - emailed for help and they came back to me straight away and helped me sort out a replacement. Superb quality at an excellent price and great customer service! Will be buying again

I like most of what they sale and have bought several parts from them but when I had an issue with my Bar End Mirrors i was told I hade to ship them back at my own expense. It's about half the cost of the mirrors. Not the response I was expecting. They should just replace or send a return label etc. I'm going to take my business elsewhere.

The de-cat exhaust pipe for the Triumph Speed 400 is, as expected from Tec Bike Parts, a high quality item that fits and looks great. It is considerably lighter than the OEM pipe and with the standard silencer fitted and airbox snorkel removed (as advised) gives a notable increase in mid range performance. However, for me the exhaust note is too loud.

Great service as always from TEC, even refunded the items I'd ordered in error without any quibble. Great work guys 👍

The fitting instructions could have been better but customer service were easy to reach and they talked me through installation which I was extremely grateful. There was a couple of parts missing, only a washer and nut but they insisted on sending them out which arrived within less than 24hrs
So in all, the experience with these guys is very positive.
Messing about with bikes always opens a can of worms lol

Just bought a bonneville T100 a couple of weeks ago order a set of pannier bars from TEC they came within a couple of days and were easy to fit , couple of days ago i bought a luggage rack again came within 2 days and again easy to fit and both seem excellent quality , will use again if i need any other parts and would definitely recommend

I purchased a centre stand for my Triumph Bonneville Speed Twin 900 through EBay. I have sent many messages asking for advice about their product. The stand not user friendly, it is very difficult to get the bike onto the stand. I removed the spacer that was recommended and it still proved difficult, I then reversed the back wheel onto a piece of timber approximately 20mm thick and still had great difficulty to engage the stand . The rubber stop that fits into the hole in the exhaust is oversized and won’t fit. I had to ask for assistance from a friend to engage the stand properly. The after sales service is very poor plus communication is non existent . I also own a Honda Blackbird, I have no difficulty putting that on the centre stand.

Outstanding customer service. I bought a pair of rear shocks for my Bonneville. Great Price, and great quality of materials, and looked the part. But TBH the performance was a problem. I ride two-up frequently and the shocks were just not up to the weight. I got in touch, and was offered for free, a set of heavier springs for better performance two-up. I will pay the modest extra price for these because this feels like the right thing to do. But the point is that they were offered and sent, and our problem was resolved for a fraction of the price of buying alternative shocks. Great stuff

Tec Bike Parts were excellent throughout my purchase of a rack and side panel screws for my 2015 Triumph Bonneville Street Scrambler. They were there to guide and advice me on the parts and correct me from getting the wrong bits. The parts were exemplary quality and well finished. My opinion they were better than the oem parts i fitted to my 2010 Bonneville. Do keep up the good work peeps and thanks for being helpful friendly and pleasant to order from.

Bought sports rack for my Triumph street twin, opened and put on bike but wasn't keen on the look so decided to return.
Sent message asking the procedure expecting to pay the postage as their website says I have to if I change my mind.
Got email saying I can't return as I put it on the bike.
How else am I supposed to know what it looks and fits like??
Awful customer service and will avoid in the future.

I needed a luggage rack for my recently purchased 2012 Triumph Thruxton 900 motorcycle. I took a chance on TEC Bike Parts because their price was half of what similar racks were listed. The item arrived promptly, well packed and shipping was reasonable. The rack itself fit precisely and is very well made. I often travel with a camera case strapped to the bike, the camera and lens cost far more than the motorcycle itself. I feel confident the TEC rack will hold up well for years to come.

Ordered a gear linkage upgrade for the Enfield Meteor. Delivered nice and quickly and well packaged. Good quality well machined parts. Massive improvement over the original and no more vague gear changes. Very happy.

My review below was before this company decided to refund my money. It took a while and unfortunately me having the right a bad review before they refunded my money. However they did come clean and did fully refund my money. That is the reason for the four star, if I would not had to have made a bad review and they would have just refunded my money from the get-go I would have given them a five star. I want to thank Dave from customer service for refunding my money and for his understanding in this situation.

On February 26th 2025 I was searching for a center stand for my 2010 Triumph America. I checked out Tec bike parts USA, and they had one that was advertised as fitting all bonnevilles pertaining to my ear and also sprints. My Triumph America is a Bonneville, and it also said for mag wheels which I have. After receiving the part I noticed that the width of the center stand was much narrower than the width of my frame. I sent three emails out to customer service and got no reply. Just recently I sent them another email stating that I would let other people know what kind of service they give on the internet. They finally replied back stating, your your motorcycle doesn't have mag wheels so why would you even have ordered it. Then basically saying they would not refund my money. I then sent them an email back with a picture of my motorcycle showing the mag wheels and that I just wanted to refund my purchase. I have not gotten an answer back yet. So that is the reason for my low review. All they need to do is contact me refund my money and I will be fine with it. This company in my opinion is rip off. Good luck for all of you who go there.

Bought some rails on the site. I mistakenly selected two pairs instead of one. The team reached out to me to check the order and refunded the extra rails. Very professional, no hassle. Great experience!

Another great experience. Treated myself to a few bits of kit and delivery was lightning fast. There was a tiny issue in that a bolt, with one of the parts, was too short for my specific set up. Mailed in, asked advice, longer bolt fired over to me, arriving the next day. Outstanding service

I bought a sump guard for a Triumph Speed Twin 1200 from this company. Had a bit of a problem fitting it, but customer services sorted after some discussion.

I think they would benefit from producing some bike model specific instructions, but otherwise okay.

Just fitted the Gear lever to my RE Meteor 350. It went together really well and has made the gear change so much more pleasant. However I found that the pivot bolt when fully assembled runs VERY near the engine casing with the possibilty of scraping the casing. The solution seems to be to locate the ball joint externally of the gear lever rather than internally but this looks odd which spoils the look.
