I went in with my iPhone 11 screen wouldn’t work after apple update and this shop was down as apple premium store. When enquiring about the screen I was told it’s €30 diagnostic and then €189 for screen replacement. Which they done under the illusion my screen and Face ID would work and my phone was displaying fake part messages after paying that price! I can’t get over it, then the so called ginger manager told me it’s a premium screen he must be out his face on premium air cause I got that fake Ali express “premium screen” took of it as quick as they put it on!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS RIP OFF SERVICE, RUDE MANAGEMENT staff were helpful and told us to just pay and ring the bank not to authorise payment lol what a day still screenless lol I connect here I come,, THEY DONT USE APPLE PARTS TO FIX APPLE PHONES !! Over priced and extremely bad quality and service! It’s also not stated anywhere they use they’re own products and “charge what they want” apparently haha

Was a little nervous of ordering from a new website, but it was 50 euro cheaper than all the other online sellers... so I ordered a Samsung Tablet at 1pm and it was delivered, FREE, via courier from Dublin next day at mid-day!

Not only that, communication was spot on (just had to retrieve it from my spam folder :)
