I deposited money through the website teccrypto to engage in cloud mining. Initially, everything seemed normal, and I even withdrew $627 of the $3801 I deposited for security. Later, after my purchased mining package expired, I bought another one. Ten minutes later, I received the following email:
"Dear ,
The system has detected that you purchased the contract plan for 'Bitcoin Miner S19 Pro+ Hyd' on 2024-02-28 14:37:47. According to Article 6 of the product introduction: 'If you choose this contract, you must purchase two or more units. Failure to purchase at least 2 units will cause all contract operations to be suspended and income distribution to stop. The contract will automatically expire. Terminate after expiration. No refunds will be given for early termination. Thank you for your understanding.'
You have only purchased one copy of this contract. Please complete at least 2 units as required by the terms. If you have any questions, please contact the online customer service."
Upon receiving this email, I initiated a conversation with a customer representative through the live chat window. They informed me that if I don't purchase another package within 10 minutes, my account will be suspended, and I won't be able to receive a refund. I pointed out that this requirement was not stated anywhere in the package details, and the package instructions clearly mentioned that the package would expire without generating any income if two units were not purchased. The customer representative insisted that I needed to make the payment immediately, first saying it had to be done right away and then giving me a week. Later, they changed their statement, saying it needed to be paid until the end of the package usage period.
Furthermore, they mentioned that if I didn't make the payment, my username would be deleted from the system, and I wouldn't be able to access it again. When I argued that this information was not disclosed anywhere, they sent me the message: 'The Platform Reserves The Right To The Final Interpretation Of The Terms Of This Contract.'
After conducting internet searches, I found that several users faced similar issues; after purchasing second packages, their accounts were deleted, making it impossible for them to access their funds. Sadly, I now understand that this site is a SCAM

teccrypto is a fraud, don't expect your money to come back... this is my experience, first I deposited a few hundred dollars, after getting a little profit I tried to withdraw 100 dollars and was successful, then I added up to 541 dollars, after reaching more than 800 dollars I withdrew 400 dollars, and failed, for reasons of violating regulations, money laundering and so on which I didn't understand, then I chatted online, my funds returned to my account, then I tried to withdraw 150 dollars, the status was "paid" but the funds didn't enter my wallet, I chatted online again, they said the funds were frozen due to violations, I asked how I could withdraw funds, they asked me to buy an 800 dollar package, then I could make a withdrawal, this is really a scam...

Be aware scammers!
If you put money on it, you can't withdraw it; they first ask if you want to deposit the same amount again. But then you still don't get it back. Moreover, 9 out of 10 reviews are fake comments; if you look closely, you'll sometimes see people writing the same thing. Plus, the address where this accommodation is supposedly located is also fake. I called that building and obtained all the information from the Chamber of Commerce; it's all fake!
