Please be very careful buying from this company as they have a very poor return policy. I placed an order and the product was very poor quality and basically did not work. After numerous communications they offered me 30% off my next purchase which was not what I wanted as I was still stuck with a junk product. Then they e-mailed me saying my purchase did not qualify for return under their policy. Be careful and understand their poor terms before you commit or stick with Amazon. I will not be purchasing from them again in the future.......terrible to deal with.

I have ordered a gum shield and it’s been 10 days still have not received the product. Emailed the company no reply. After reading the reviews on here I feel it is a scam. I am going to take this further with my credit card company if they don’t refund me for the product. Very disappointing 😠

I ordered an item from them on May 3, 2023 I saw on tiktok and they have not answered my email regarding why it has not been delivered.
Update - they finally answered the email saying the item was on back order. It is May 31st and I received my item 2 days ago.

I placed a order at 22th April 2023 and still I have nothing heared about my delivery. Meanwhile It is 3 weeks later. How is that possible? This is not a trustfully company.. I payed an big amount and want my delivery of my money!!!

Ordered the product months ago and never received the updated status. Requested an update and was told the order was back ordered due to demand yet the product is still advertised on their site. Clearly, this is a fraudulent company that advertises on Linkedin. Buyer beware. It's unfortunate that these types of scams exist.

I ordered on 23rd of Jan 23 and still have not received any goods and the money left my account they day i ordered. I did not get an order confirmation. They have not answered any emails. Seems to be a scam, would not advise to purchase off this website.

The absolute worst company to do business with. No response to emails or phone calls. If you email them asking to cancel the order you placed a few weeks back because you have no idea of the status, they ignore you. Maybe you’ll get an email saying the order is processed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!
