In Aug. 2021 I bought a new computer and hired Techcareus (lifetime contract) to install software and make some adjustments. For a couple of months they gave me excellent care. I tried to phone them today (05/26/22) and they seem to have disappeared. Any phone # to connect to them?

Techcareus.com is a Canadian company that fixes Microsoft problems. I have now used them twice. Although I was nervous at all the personal information they had access to, I have not had a problem. Their website is one of the best for customer support. They actually have ways to contact them: phone, email, chat. They "take over your computer", but both times I have used them, they have fixed my problems in an appropriate length of time. I would trust them until you hear otherwise. They provide much needed support -- especially for seniors.
