Broken P.S 5 fixed!
My son pulled his ps off the shelf and broke the hdmi port.
After taking it into CEX, it was sent off to Tech Centre.
I was kept up to date on all proceedings throughout the fix.
Within a week I had an email back from Tech Centre that the ps was fixed and making its way back to CEX.
Great service and commuication throughout.
Would fully recommend Tech Centre to anyone who has any problems with their consoles.

Fault fixed but console damaged
Fault with my xbox was diagnosed and repaired, thankyou
HOWEVER , on getting it home and unwrapping it it had two very noticeable scratches on the front face .
They weren't there before as I keep my equipment in as new condition.
Nor was it noted on receipt of the console when I left it for repair.
Repairer must have known they had done this !.
Overall a bit dissapointed that my console wasn't handled with a bit more care.

Took my nephews meta quest to tech centre after being told by meta that it couldn’t be fixed. Tech Centre sent it to its technicians and it was fixed in no time. I like the fixed cost so no nasty surprises and also a warranty included. Very happy with the all round service
