I bought a logitech mouse. When it arrived it was a fake. Luckily bought through PayPal so was able to persue a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

This is a shameless store, do not buy anything from them. They sell knockoffs and when you realize it is fake and need to return it, they disappear. I sent it back on June 10th and signed for it, and then they disappeared without a reply. Pure scam.

I recently purchased a PS5 controller that was supposed to be a Hogwarts Legacy Limited Edition Controller. I paid the same price as my new Helldivers 2 controller from PlayStation themselves ($95 after shipping and taxes). I paid extra for the tracking, and took them 1 week to provide a tracking number. I constantly updated the tracking and it never got passed the "shipping label created" status. 3.5 weeks later, I randomly get a package in the mail. It was my controller I ordered. After opening the package, found out it just a refurbished standard controller with a Harry Potter skin added. Was not the controller I thought I was buying. Plus, the controller out of the box is not acting right and shows signs of cheap turn around. READ THE REVIEWS AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Avoid brought a ps5 controller it turned up in a brown box the buttons didn't work contacted them through email told to return the control for another one lucky I sent it back tracked and signed for after kept emailing them with no response after I sent them prove they had received the return lucky again I payed with pay pal opened a case and got a full refund

This is a scam website. Ordered a controller and paid extra for usps tracking. Tech close outs sent an email that the item had shipped and would arrive Jan 1. By Jan 7 it didn’t arrive and the tracking number showed that they still hadn’t turned the controller into USPS to ship. Contacted them, they said it shipped and would get there in a week(they also said to check the tracking number…it’s like they didn’t even read my message) . That time passed, they still hadn’t turned it in to be shipped, so I told them to refund it, but no response. Filed a dispute

I was sceptical that the Xbox 1 controller wouldn't arrive/would be a fake or broken (UK purchase.)
I needed 1 exactly the same colours as my son's original and this was by far the cheapest advertised and a brand new unit. After a bit of a wait, but still quicker than expected, it arrived well packaged in a perfectly adequate small brown box, probably to save on postage, worked perfectly and still does a year later.

They try to scam you everyway they can
I bought 2 controllers from them they only sent me one and when I disputed what they charged me they lied and said they sent what I ordered
Iv sent them emails questioning it and they don’t even reply.

I purchased a Starfield Xbox controller from their website. The RB (right shoulder) button did not function properly. I contacted the seller, and they said to return it for a replacement.

I had to pay the return postage. It has now been three weeks. A replacement has not arrived. They have also stopped communicating with me. I will be refunding the purchase via PayPal if I do not receive the controller by the end of the month.

Avoid this seller. They have a history of broken products and poor communication. Buy from somebody else.

I purchased an Xbox controller for my son as a Christmas present unfortunately it did not operate properly, it would not connect to the Xbox and was always showing flat battery's even when new ones were fitted. Also it would appear to be a model for the Chinese market as most of the instruction were in there language!
I asked for it to be returned and was fobbed off for quite some time but eventually they excepted it, but I had to pay the return postage with them saying they would reimburse me. I gave them a couple of weeks for it to arrive back but again it was dragging on so I made a claim through pay pall, but it would not let me include the return postage. so I am out of pocket with the postage as they say it still has not arrived also they are no longer communicating with me as I am trying to claim the postage costs from the carrier.

I have bought 2 controller for my sons Xbox and one had keys that stuck and was therefore useless - I have sent it back recorded delivery for £20 as they are based in the US

They asked me for proof I had sent it and I sent them the receipt and I have proof they received the parcel as it was recorded

Now they are not responding

AVOID - they sent a faulty controller and when I ask for refund, they ask me to send it back and promised to refund shipping fees back to USA. If I had known it’s not a UK based company, I would not have bought from them. I posted it back to them and never got refund for postage, even after numerous emails which have all been ignored.

Als erstes war ich sehr skeptisch über die Seite. Ich habe einen Microsoft XBOX Wireless Adapter bestellt. Da sie hierzulande ausverkauft sind und Seitens Microsoft eine Lieferverzögerung besteht, war ich mir nicht sicher, ob ich einen Fake erhalte.

Nach einer angegeben Versanddauer von 7-15 Werktagen nach Deutschland erreichte mich das Paket nach 14 Tage ( mit Weihnachtsfeiertagen inbegriffen) also sehr schnell!

Es handelte sich um ein Original Produkt welches super funktioniert.

At first I was very skeptical about the site. I ordered a Microsoft XBOX Wireless Adapter. Since they are sold out in Germany and there is a delivery delay from Microsoft, I wasn't sure if I would receive a fake. After a specified shipping time of 7-15 working days to Germany, the package reached me after 14 days (including the Christmas holidays), so very quickly! It was an original product that works great.

Ordered a lovely pastel grey controller with bright green sticks. Waited 10 days for delivery. They sent a green camo. Not what I ordered. Now, less than a month later… all the buttons are starting to stick. Contacted, asked me to return. At MY cost. Yeah… don’t think so. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Bought an xbox controller before xmas, broke in March....! Was told to sent back to USA address at my expense. It seem pointless incuring these costs and reading reviews on here, feels like a scam. Not very satisfied with this retailer or its products and customer service. AVOID.

Bought 2 xbox controllers from here for £82.50, they took a while to arrive but wasn't an issue as they are in the US and I am in the UK. Worked fine at 1st, then 1 developed a fault within a month. Contacted them, and told to return to an ohio address for a replacement under warranty. Insent it back and waited for the tracking to update that it had been delivered. It never was. In this time the 2nd controller developed the same fault. Eventually the 1st was sent back to me buy the post service, saying it could not be delivered. I contacted the company about it, and to tell them about the 2nd one, and they said they'd send me another one out that day. I'd have still lost out, but was OK with it. The replacement never arrived. I have spent moths emailing them and just get ignored. Don't know what else I can do now. Avoid these lot at all costs.

This cannot be a real website.
I'm shopping from the UK for context.

The website is showing great prices, but looking at the details:

- The Address leads to an empty store 'California Video Games', or a car park.
- The email address used is @gmail.
- Prices are listed in £ despite the company listed in the US.
- Only 2 reviews on trust pilot. Very little sign of the company elsewhere.
-- One 4 star review in German.
-- One review appears to have been a scammed customer.

You clearly haven't sent out a new controller. 

The first controller you sent me was faulty and I'm pretty sure is also fake.

I asked for a refund which you refused and said you would send a new controller. I haven't received a replacement and quite frankly, I don't want one as they are not genuine xbox controllers. 

Issue my full refund for the original controller or I will be reporting you to trading standards
