Worst Cooling Service Company

Their branch in UAE never receives a call and never responds to email. The worst customer experience I have ever experience and the worst energy service company.
Please avoid renting building supplied by this company.

Sending wrong bills and threatening to…

Sending wrong bills and threatening to cut off AC . They are no reachable on calls , their online portal showing zero pending bills and are sending notices on my door. Worst service provider.

Worst cooling provider ever

Worst cooling provider ever from the management til accountants, I own a studio in Dubai and I swear staying there is just a hill because of the cooling charges, you can never expect your consumption estimate at all, the employees have an excellent skill of ignoring people but more excellent in harrasing people for their bill payment.
Today I receive a bill stating my consumption for one month is AED 869 only for cooling although I pay electricity for the AC with DEWA, while my apartment is a studio and am not there all the time, and since I lived in it, my highest consumption bill reached to AED 395, this company is taking advantage of the non payers and getting themselves compensated from the good payers !!! Nowadays the good payers get in troubles, maybe if I stopped paying on time this will give them a lesson!

My first review on google was this "This company has no sense of human, they have intentionally disconnected the cooling on the weekend so the people suffer till Monday, while I have no outstanding payments!! I had lodged a Police case and is waiting for the statement to file a case to claim compensation.

Ridiculous service from Techem, rude customer service

Techem really likes to make jokes from people, there is no stricture of working. I was waiting for a month for the appointment to install the new counter (10 min work), I took off from my job and nobody come. When I call none could tell me what happened and why. I called again and new appointment is in 3 weeks. They do not understand that I have to use the toilette and shower somehow. And what if in 3 weeks none comes again. Bunch of rude people. I have enough.
