I hate to have to leave a negative review but DO NOT use this site if there is even a small chance you may have to return a product. I purchased a jacket from Techfits and sadly it’s too small. Their return policy states you must contact them to initiate a return but after 3 attempts over two weeks I’m now aware that no one will get back to me. They send the item out (at least I received mine) but that’s where it ends. No customer service and no returns. Extremely disappointing as having no customer service at all puts them in the same class as a ‘scam’.

I was worried about using this site as it wasn't one that I could find any reviews for and had never heard of, but it had an item that I've been looking for for months. It all seemed legit, I'd done a few checks such as the security certificate and checking the details on site checkers, you can pay through PayPal or Google pay and log in via Shop, so I decided to make a purchase as I was covered if anything did go wrong.

I cannot recommend this company enough! My item was dispatched via DPD the same day (29th November), and received today (1st December).
I'm one very happy customer, and felt I had to leave a review in case anyone else is thinking the same that I was and trying to do some research. It's just a new site and one I'll definitely be returning to.
