To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. TechGadSales.com is a family-run business founded in 2015 by Elyse King in Waynesville, North Carolina. We buy liquidation lots of customer returns, shelf pulls and overstock from major retailers and distributors, and we test every unit by hand at our warehouse before it’s listed. If it doesn’t pass, we don’t sell it. What’s left is open-box audio and tech from brands like Sony, Bose, Apple, Sonos and Dyson, at prices well below retail. We started out selling on eBay and have shipped 10,000 orders since. Today we sell directly through our own store, techgadsales.com. Every order ships with tracking from our warehouse and comes with a 30-day return policy. We’re a small family team and we answer our own messages. If you have a question about an item or an order, contact us anytime
